Monday 2300hrs

This is a hood spot and no one appeared to be spending other than the neighborhood goons who were tipping the single pool table in the far back of the building. There is a Vagina fire sale / Take out going on in there ranging from. 8 to $.5. Last time I was here in March, the interior was undergoing some renovation but last night that appeared to be done. Why would you have to pay anything to the house for "takeout?"

A "bar fine" (e. G. A fee paid to the house for the girl to leave with you) is typical in some other countries but not at any place I've ever seen here in the States. In fact the whole idea of takeout is at best ignored by the house (e. G."see no evil, hear no evil"/look the other way) to at worst strictly prohibited by the house with sanctions up to and including termination of the dancer. In ATL typically it is look the other way. Which is cool. But certainly not an overt revenue source.

All of which is a long way of saying don't buy the whole $40 for the house to take her out.
