My dear friend, Ed Norton has never been known for posting Streetwalker reviews. He is more of a flamer, an antagonist, he hasn't posted a decent streetwalker review in years.

Thank you, Big Greek. I and many others thoroughly agree with you. An easy solution is to ask those who enjoy posting opinions and feel-good stories and photo montages and contests to post them in CookyJar's thread, where it is the norm. That leaves this thread for its intended purpose: concise informative reports about recent streetwalker encounters.

Big Greek seems to be the genuine article. A true monger, except that he hasn't reviewed a girl in the Philadelphia forum this year. Most of his reviews are outside of Philadelphia. That aside, I believe he deserves an answer.

Please don't discourage others from posting reviews. It's a free country. Read what you want and ignore the rest. We have a few people who are willing to post reviews, please leave them alone. Nothing is to be gained by harassing the few guys who are willing to post reviews. Did you stop to think that some guys like having the additional information? JMHO.

Long or short reviews, it really doesn’t matter – there is plenty of space. Guys, keep posting whatever you writing style.

I'm not angry, but can keep the posts shorter? This is starting to suck.

Hello Milo, I think you have a great Idea about girls that have done better than average. I don't know how to go about doing that or if we can at all. See me and technology do not get along at all. But if you have any thoughts please by all means try.

There are a lot of benefits to a page such as the one you speak of.

It would give other girls in the same circumstance in life some hope and a reason to make the adjustments necessary to make their situation more bearable.

Last it would show that the mongers among them are not just a bunch of perpetually horny men that have no other purpose in life but to get a load off.

So those benefits alone are huge. Lets ask the other members here what their thoughts might be. I'm sure there has to be some input on the issue. Stay well and safe.

Gator & Milo. I agree 100% that a separate page / thread about the girls who HAVE gotten out alive would be a wonderful idea. I, too, am one of those who cares about them as human beings, and am gladdened when one gets her life back together. And have assisted a couple of them in doing so. And would be delighted to see us publicize that as enthusiastically as we speak of their nut-busting skills.

Count me in for participation if that can be arranged.

I am glad to hear how she is doing, she always was the nicest and one of the best personalities I've had the chance of meeting on K (her skilz have been discussed here well enuf) , always would try her number first when I am mongering when she was around. Even the little shack she was in had a lot of character like her. I wish her the best and will miss her.

Jen was always a very pretty girl with a very difficult problem. That is what I believe kept her on the Ave. Many a trip to the stroll I would see her so high one needed flight instructions just to understand what she trying to say. So many times she would stagger the stroll right out in traffic, half clothed, nearly causing a collision more often than not. I often had to swerve just to avoid hitting her. At that time she was a very colorful individual. She had no problem walking up to cars stopped at a light and asking them if they wanted a date. If one refused she went right to the next until she found a taker.

She was always eager to meet the needs of whoever was in her company. Never hesitating to do what it takes to satisfy even the pickiest among us.

Jen eventually went to RCF where I happened to see her while visiting a friend of mine that was also in residence.

I noticed at that time she had added a few pounds as is the case for many who take that "vacation". I might mention prior to her away time she was rail and I mean rail thin. So the extra weight didn't make her look at all fat.

When Jen was not juiced up and sloppy, one wouldn't have an issue with dressing her up and taking her to the best restaurant, and she could blend right in with the best of them.

Did I mention Jen was a very pretty girl?

Well I had the distinct pleasure of seeing her again today she is no longer pretty. She is gorgeous. She has the weight gain in just the right places. Her figure is spectacular. Her cheeks filled her face out beautifully. Her teeth were pearly white and clean as if she cleans them every hour on the hour. Her skin tone is nothing less than perfect. She is everything a man would want in a woman as far as beauty goes.

She seemed very pleased at hearing my compliments regarding how far she has come. Right now she would fit in a filled Paris modeling studio and nobody would know she was not a model.

She was such a breath of fresh air when I saw her. Actually she made my day. Made me realize there is hope for those that are eager enough to search it out. She was with two companions and was holding a handsome young man in her arms. They were going to a meeting. The young man she was holding seemed to occupy all of her interest as they waited for the bus. The drugs being sold around her the working girls the trash strewn street didn't seem to faze her. She had other things on her mind and it didn't include any of the above.

The bus came we said our goodbyes. I wished her continued success with her struggle and she disappeared into the crowd on the bus.

Oh yeah. I forgot to mention what the freight bill might be for a connection. Well friends you might wish to give up on her. She's no longer "available". She's clean and loving every minute of it. Good luck Jen. I wish you wellness, love, continued success. The world is no longer waiting for you. You have officially arrived and a much better person for it.

I have checked my mail I will reply to you seperately, I would just like to take advantage of the post you made, I understand you were not voicing a certain opinion but I definately have an opinion on the matter that needs to voiced, if anyones listening or not.

I would say about 7 out of 10 guys I meet would all ask me the same thing at some point in one of our encounters, and my simple and true answer would always be somewhere along the lines of because I like it. Now why is this an issue? Because then I have to wonder, why do you ask me this? And expect an answer that is more. Fulfilling.

Do you ask your doctor why he sticks needles in people for a living everytime you get a physical. Do you ask your lawyer why he likes working long hours and have a minute social life only to deal with menial cases. Do you ask the welfare office clerk why she deals with aggravating people for a living. Do you ask the same 32 yr old shift manager you see every morning for your regular coffee at the mcdonalds cashier why she pushes buttons for a living. Do you ask a bus driver why hes a bus driver or a scientist why hes a scientist. Do you ask your coworker why he works at the place he does. Do you ask yourself why you work at the place you do for 15 yrs.

So why is the reason for why a prostitute 'does what she does' any different. Is it the taboo of the subject that makes your curiosity peak? Idk I can't even begin to assume why it is such an exciting, and for some reason always negative, account. All I am trying to say is that I am almost 99% sure that none of those 7/10 guys truly belive that a woman can enjoy this lifestyle, as I promise you is no different than the 'normal life normal girls' lead. And everytime after they ask they follow it with: do you go to school? Or have you ever done drugs?

Its just an obviously judgmental question that is seemingly hidden as an innocent curiosity. I have no problem answering it, in fact it eye-opening to me to see how maybe 6 of those 7 men can be so sadistic when we answer the question. Looking for confirmation that we Do do this for a drug fix. That we didn't have a good father figure. That we Are just helpless victims of a bad childhood and abuse that we Just want to feel appreciated and acknowledged. And so on.

- Anyways my point is that we are prostitutes and that is all that you know as fact. Don't take her word over mine, don't take my word over hers, and don't take the stereotype for truth because at the end of the day you will never know the real story because no one will ever tell you and if they do you won't believe it anyways.

Just do want to clear up one last point. The conversation in which the young lady made the statement you found offensive did NOT begin with a question like "What's a nice girl like you doing in this business?" Please. I would never insult anyone with such a tacky, cliche inquiry. Of course, I don't want to just drive along in silence (sheesh. People would think we were married) , so a conversation starter IS in order (better than "Are you a cop?"). My preferred query is "Where are you from?" the response to which satisfies a certain curiosity I have about geographic distribution and social mobility.

I do not believe that I am guilty. That is; I try not to pry into the private affairs of others. I cannot remember ever asking a girl why. However; things happen and often we learn things whether we want to know or not. Case in point: My recently deceased friend Naileen. Naileen and I dated often and over time our relationship became something more than what it had started out to be. Were we friends? That's hard to say. I don't know what she honestly thought about me. (It wasn’t love. We were in like. Maybe?) I can say this, at some point she stopped being just a streetwalker, in my eyes. My point is that she shared a lot about herself without my asking. I know about the self inflicted scars on her forearm. I know about her father and how he was coming to rescue her. She told me about her boyfriend and how he was locked-up after being out for one day. She introduced me to one of her friends from her life away from the avenue. I know about her drug of preference. I know why she never injected drugs in her arms. I learned a lot about Naileen just by listening. Most of the time she just told me things she wanted me to know. I never once asked her, 'Why she was doing what she was doing. ' And! She never told me. I assumed I already knew.

You may not know this; but, Naileen died a few weeks ago. I saw her just a couple of days before she died. She talked about her dad coming to get her and about how she needed to get rid of the stuff in her rented room. The last thing I remember saying to her was to please be careful. I don't know how she died or why she died. I am still just assuming. I wish she was here so I could ask.

Guys be careful. I was out on the K earlier this morning around the 7-11. It was about 5ish. Not many girls out and some LEO presents. Pulled over when I saw a brunette with short hair and a bigger butt. It got in and when I saw its face up close and then its voice it scared the shit out of me. It was a dude. I've been trollling the Jersey scene for a long time and this is the first time this has ever happened. Is the K track known for this. Would be good to know. I don't knock it, I'm into some fucked up kinky shit myself.

Ouch! I am duly skewered, and all because someone took my post the wrong way.

First of all, please understand that I was referring ONLY to the "drugged-up, drug-addicted, drug-motivated" sorts who wander the streets – NOT the women who are "trying to pay for a college future, a family, kids, mothers, a whole extended family that can't support themselves," as you note. I make a very strong differentiation between the two groups.

The reason for my post was the confluence of two events – a comment made by another member of this forum about the "old days," coming on the heels of the conversation I referred to with the young lady that I quoted. When I referred to her as "wise beyond her years," I probably should have said "experienced beyond her years" instead, as it came out that she had experienced things that nobody should ever have to endure, even more so not at her age.

Remember, when I quote someone, I'm simply stating their words without adulteration – not voicing support of any particular point of view.

You might be interested to know that I was very saddened by her comments, and wound up turning around and returning her to where I encountered her, paying her for time spent and wishing her well.

As I have stated in many conversations and prior online posts, it's important that we remember that every woman we meet is somebody's daughter, worthy of concern and respect, and we all owe everyone the obligation of decent treatment. By the way, when I used the term "scourge," I certainly wasn't applying a label of personal opinion, but using a term which reflects what the so-called establishment (LE, neighbors, media) would apply.

I'm not looking for a girlfriend, but am happy to offer my friendship to those who seek it. That's just the way I am. I will expand upon that in a private message – please check your mailbox.

In fact, it's because there are so many people who have given their lives up to drugs and surrendered to the streets that I have an even higher regard to those who have NOT gone that way, or who, if they had been addicted, have managed to pull themselves out of that world and are members of the "oldest profession" simply as a way to make ends meet.
