The W / W loop is Wilkens and Washington running sort of east / west and streets that take you north or south between them. Block numbers I honestly don't know.

Wilkens (at least for me and I am NOT a Baltimore regular) runs from about Brunswick on the 'west' to past the traffic circle to the east. Be advised, Wilkens ends at the circle, but there seems to be girls on the side streets there and around Wilkens. The road that was Wilkens will eventually lead you to Carey which if you go south will get you to Washington.

Washington, I've not seen much on the four or so times I've been to Baltimore. But if you head west (right off Carey) you may see some between Carey and Monroe (which will take you back to Wilkens).

Google the maps to see the general layout.

C / B is Curtis Bay. If you stay on Washington past Monroe you will get to Patapsco. Head generally south and you'll see girls sporadically along the route. Most I've seen are past Washington to just past Hollins Ferry. Then a long open area to another area with numerous willing ladies.
