Angela of Nowatney busted near Sligh Ave. This is way south of where she usually works. The other Angela just got busted in that area too. I guess the plan is to remove all the workers before the RNC gets here.

They may arrest you but there's no way they'll make it stick. If they bust someone they see getting out of a car at the same spot they got in, they can't prove anything happened in the car so it's not a "precursor' to anything. The best they can do is loitering.

At the gas store at Neb / Osborne to get gigs and see a bonofied worker (heels, short skirt, drug thin. 40+ or 35+ hard) buying a days meals in front of me.
