First post, hurray! Been lurking for a few weeks and finally registered.

Anyways, have gone up to Baltimore for the past 3 weekends to visit with friends and partake in the nightlife. Briefed myself on the terrain and what to expect.

Well, for starters, take a cruise in your car around the major street walker area and do some exploration / reconnaissance.

If there's a girl in a hot / skimpy outfit who you think is a streetwalker, just do a drive by, nod or wave. If she's a streetwalker she'll most likely give a very definitive nod and wave back. Pull over and wait. If she's a streetwalker, she'll most likely come over to your vehicle. If she does, offer her a ride. If she gets in, conversate her. Feel her out. Ask her what she offers / what her prices are and try to negotiate what you think would be a fair price.

Regarding police- Just use common sense. Keep a close lookout. If you notice a police presence in the are, don't do anything stupid.

'twas a good morning for me today fellas! Got off of work at 7:15 and had an appointment to drop the car off for service. Decide to take the scenic route and head down Garrison. He is routinely there throughout the day. Sometimes into the evening. There is another street monitor, white male in sort of a pick-up truck, who parks in the evenings on north corners of Pulaski and Monoe. The latter is always stationed opposite a solicitous girl, which leads me to suspect that she is complicit. They don't seem to be LE, but I don't know if it is good advice to ignore them either.
