By 'ease', I meant its a smallish place where driving 30 minutes actually gets you places. Of course, the streets being arranged in random fashion really slows me down and gets me easily lost.

The frequent lack of street signs is what drives me nuts when I'm in unfamiliar territory looking for an address. Occasionally run into streets/roads that suddenly change names doesn't help much either.
