He is routinely there throughout the day. Sometimes into the evening. There is another street monitor, white male in sort of a pick-up truck, who parks in the evenings on north corners of Pulaski and Monoe. The latter is always stationed opposite a solicitous girl, which leads me to suspect that she is complicit. They don't seem to be LE, but I don't know if it is good advice to ignore them either.

Get off a hard shift early in the Am and decide to try again with Ellie! Go down to the neighborhood and park. Called her up to see where she was and to meet me on Carey. She shows up in all black and gets in the car. Still reluctant about these rooms we take a trip up by the hospital to the usual spot (cemetery).
