Moms at the Budget motel
Based on this posting, it sounds like there may be two different moms with kids staying at the Budget motel. I have previously posted about Lindsey with a kid (a girl) and a guy who lives with her, which could be her boyfriend but I think that it is just a friend. Now this post below talks about Jamie having a son.

Called the number that a fellow member gave me. BF answered the phone and I asked if Jamie was avaible and he said yes, she went to the store and when she returns I will tell her that you called. This was about 10pm last night. I waited about 30 min or so and I called back and he answered the phone and this time he had a bit of an attitude and said that she was in the shower. On the way over I felt bad for the little guy and asked her if we could just do a car date so she can keep her son inside. This was about 12 midnight now. LE was staked out all over Ritchie Hwy pulling over car after car. I parked accross the street and she came running over to me. Right behind her was her BF pushing the baby stroller with their son in it. She wanted some money up front so he can walk down to the 7-11 and buy some milk. I gave her a Jackson then she asked for another. I said what? How much do you charge? She said 60. I said for head? She said no for everything and I said I just want head and don't have 60 for everything. Then she said how about another 10 I did a LOL and said if you are good I will tip you a 5. The BF took off and we parked around the corner. She was SO paranoid it made me paranoid.

Rice in Brooklyn and what NOT to do!
First off thanks for all the posts about WW and CB / B. I cruised these loops sometime months ago but by RTFF and seeing the street names as I cruised them yesterday it was like I knew the places already. Any newbies would be well advised to pay attention to the streets mentioned and google map them so you know where you're going. The info in this thread is priceless! Being thoroughly disappointed with the Conkling stroll, I set out to see what other areas of Baltimore had to offer. I was on the hunt for a decent looking BSW.
In WW saw transformer Racheal near the circle on some steps and a blond with her. Racheal was getting picked up. I just chuckled to myself. There were probably 10-12 WSW's on the WW loop. Not one BSW LOL, my luck!

Had to get some, I tried on Dundalk
Decided that I was going to go for it and make another pass on Dundalk to find that cutie that Crofton had in the pics. Wasted almost 2 hours and seeing only a few SWers and most where not of the caliber that I was looking for. You had Two huge ones walking and then one in that was medium build in a white shirt. She also had blonde hair and was probably in her late 30's with no teeth to be seen when she smiled. I was considering it but then I just gave up and went to W / W off Payson and saw Lee Anne. This is the blonde bombshell with the nice larger be or small see tits with a larger lower frame. This was my first time with her and I took her to the spot and then we did the deed for 2 Jacksons. New Kid on the Block!

First time post!
First off, thank you every one out there for the great posts! I have gathered a lot of good information from reading up on what every one has to say.
Going to start my first post by stating that there was a search and a score for one of my first times out! Went out this last Saturday and won't lie, pickings were scarce. Everything that was out seemed used, abused, and ready to be taken out on trash night. The only cute thing that I saw was just being mongered when I finally figured out where the hell I was at so I could circle around! Doh!
Did happen to go out tonight for a QUICK stroll and happened to come across a tight twenty something walking down the road and figured,"hell, why not offer a ride." And low and behold next thing I know I was heading down the road with a woodrow ready to blow.

I Feel Like I was at the Olympics and won Gold!
I was hoping to have heard from the little cutie that I met on Dundalk, but no luck. I was hoping to complete a trifecta with her. Since I didn't hear from her, I took a ride in hopes of spotting her. No luck. I couldn't afford to waste time circling around so I went about my business. I headed to my next destination over in GB. Along the way I cut through CB. I see a group of women standing talking. The closer I get I can see that there are 4 women. 3 appear to be SW talking to a fourth, who appeared to be more of a group counselor than a SW. Lucky for me traffic stop and they crossed in front of me. I was checking them out when I made eye contact with the counselor looking woman. She smiled, I smiled and winked at her. Tuition negotiation
I am not sure that I would say that tuition has officially gone up, but it has become obvious to me that some guys have been paying too much, both on the front end with higher tuition and on the back end with tips, which really requires that regular guys in this hobby discuss all compensation up front. I am posting this mostly for the benefit of newer guys. Everybody probably has their own negotiating style and if you get used to a regular girl, you can probably just have a going rate and hand her the money with no questions asked. For first time pick ups though, I think that you really need to establish your price strategy in your mind before the pick up. Then, you can probably go with any of a couple of different routes, depending on what the girl says and the level of confidence that you have in your negotiating skills. If you are adamant about not paying more than standard tuition or want to try to get it for even less than standard tuition, and you know that you will throw her out and go on to the next girl if this one says no, then by all means I think that you are really better off just coming out from the outset and telling her precisely what you are looking for and how much you are going to pay. While some guys on here talk tough, and may actually be able to pull that off, I think that most guys probably need some more latitude to work with, possibly because you are trying to make it more of a friendly experience, or you want to explore what is on the menu, or you have just picked up a young cutie and your dick does not care about a budget.
In any of those situations, I really think that you need to play the high / low game to try to work towards the standard tuition. The girls will always ask for more money than they really will take and I really cannot blame the girls for asking for too much, since if you will never ask, you will get it, and sometimes they will tell you what they usually charge, which is probably bs but could be legit, but in any event, you do not really care what some other knucklehead paid. The most important rule of thumb is that 99. 9% of the time, the girls will take less than they say, and if for some strange reason you happen to get that 0. 1% girl who refuses to take less, then you can decide then what you want to do. Walk away, pay more or compromise. Most of the time though, you are going to save yourself money. Honestly, whether you are paying 20, 30 or 40 to blow your wad before heading back home, it is still cheaper and less hassle than dating, etc. But that price difference adds up and if you are start thinking about it, that is an extra BJ or so that you are missing out on.
Back to the high / low game, it will play out one of only so many ways. One, the girl may ask you how much you have or how much you want to spend, which is a sucker move, and you can counter with something along the lines of I usually pay X, which should be lower than what you are willing to spend and she will either take it, or try to get a little more, which puts you to regular tuition if you act like you are compromising with her. Two, you can ask her how much for a certain service, and she will either tell you a price, in which case I would assume that she is playing the high / low game and you should offer less to see if she accepts (you can tip at the end if you really want to) , or you can just accept the price if it is reasonable, or she may get coy and say something along the lines of asking you how much you want to spend, etc, in which case you follow the strategy above. The net result though is that I believe that the first dollar amount out of your mouth should always be less than what you are willing to spend.
Also, I personally believe that the girls asking for a tip at the end is annoying and it seems like they are starting to expect tips. A good strategy to avoid tips and to often seal the deal on the high / low negotiation is to claim that your offer is all the money that you have. That way, when it is all done and the service was bad, you can say you told her that the offer is all that you had, and for good service, no girl is ever going to complain if you magically find some extra money in your pocket.

Brooke / Pierre's House
I am pretty sure that Brooke goes to Pierre's house. Pierre is an older white guy who seemed friendly when I went to his house one day. Pierre's house has air conditioning so that may be a better option than Darnell's house, which is hot as balls this time of year. In post #10449, Hairy Dude mentioned a girl in a violet dress. When I drove through the area last Thursday, I saw that Brooke was wearing a violet / purple dress and she is very tan, so that might be the girl that Hairy Dude was referring to.
