RCS: Did I read this right? You paid $500? Yikes. It's your money and you have the right to spend it how you want but think of the impact on stripper price expectations. I'm not saying that you or anyone should weasel prices down to a level where a stripper can't make a decent living but in my world (at least in Michigan) 500 per hour (or probably less than an hour) is an unrealistic pay scale. I won't say that I'd never pay that price but it would have to be my all-time, once-in-a-lifetime fantasy woman.

As others have pointed out, dances near shift change or closing time can often be negotiated at lower rates. Pretty straight forward economics- one last chance for a dancer to make some money to cover tip out or other expenses so a lower price is preferable over no income. Unfortunately, most strippers do not have an advanced degree in economics (I don't either) so don't be perplexed when a stripper turns down a reasonable offer ("reasonable" from the customer's perspective) and often sells no dances at a higher and often unrealistic rate. It only takes a few basic math calculations to realize that 3 x 150 is much higher than 0 x 500. But from the dancer perspective, if they can find RCS or other generous customers, then 1 x 500 can make your day even if you only sell one dance.

- Services. Not looking for extras, but if they don't mind us getting a bit carried away would be great. Are Detroit clubs full nude or g-string only or g-string with pasties?

- Rates: Would like to know what to expect. Parking, cover, tips, fees, dances [standard and negotiated]. We don't drink much, so those prices are not a big focus.

I can help on a few, the Detroit scene is a topless one with a few exceptions based on local laws, etc. Deja Vu is fully nude but no alcohol, and John's Hot Spot in Ypsi is gstring and pasties.

Fees, these are general averages as I recall them and may vary buy the day / time of day. Parking $5-7, Cover $5-10, Dances $20-25 (some clubs have $10 night, usually Monday / Tuesday) , fees $10-20 to go to the back (be careful as some charge each time while some are a one time wristband charge) , extras $100. 300+ depending on what is wanted, the girl, and the club.

Bouzouki's downtown near the Greektown Casino meets your description. I travel to the Motor City often for Buisness and that is the only place I would bring the wifey. I have fun at the other places but not to write home about if you get my drift.

Sounds good on paper, but depending on the location, you will likely leave unsatisfied. Try offering $100 at PHC or Flight Club, and you will be sad and lonely. Naturally you will find exceptions to this. But I agree at your BT's, Player's Club, H8, etc.

Most of you guys are Detroit locals, but plenty of out of towners pay WAY more for WAY less. Heck, before getting hip to the Detroit scene, I've spent $400 / night in Ohio clubs many times. And that only scored some two way hand action, and serious grinding. Same thing in Vegas and Florida. It all depends on the club and the amount of cash the regulars bring.

I don't disagree with you SB. I am an out of towner too. Fortunately, it's only 60 miles to get to the 8 Mile clubs for me. I was a newbie once. I never frequent the clubs because of the very experience you speak of. I had a few friends who are club regulars that taught me the ropes so to speak. I develop my own game after awhile of going and seeing the lay of the land. You're right, it's going to be tough to get a girl for a 100 at PHC or FC. If you are a regular, you will get that price. I have. It takes a while to get there-lots of game and smoozing and familiarity with the girls. Like I said. 200 will get a majority of what you want. Below that, it's going to be tough. If you are patient and wait for the golden hour before shift change and you are on your game, you will score. You have to be realistic too. You aren't going to get a 8 or 9 scale for 100, no matter how desperate they are or how good looking you are, they still need to pay their bills. Your Dearborne / Inkster clubs are like shooting fish in a barrel. Good luck and have fun fellas.

I have found that it is hard for any chick to turn down $ for a half hour of work or less. If we all stand together, strong, then prices will come down. It is funny how this hobby is so much like our regular economy. If you stand your ground as a consumer, then retailers are forced to lower their prices. Therefore, do not pay top dollar for an item when you can get the same item at a lower price if you are patient and are willing to walk when the price is not right.

Let's stand strong brothers, in solidarity, and we will all reap the rewards of fun times at low, low prices!

Therefore, do not pay top dollar for an item when you can get the same item at a lower price if you are patient and are willing to walk when the price is not right.

Man it crazy what some guys will pay. Some just don't know better. Some have more money than they can spend. I wish I was the latter of the two. Unfortunately, I am not and I have to try to outwit these girls so I can stay on budget. If enough guys know and use the art of negotiation, it will be ingrained in these girls' psyche that this is what the market will pay for, we would not have stripperflation. It's funny how stripper math works when they are desperate. 500 becomes 150 when they have 30 minutes left to pay tip out.

Prices are coming down but you have to negotiate. Fortunately, the economy is still bad. It's also summer time and most guys are out doing something else besides blowing all their money at the clubs. $200 is guaranteed for pretty much all the clubs, depending on the dancer. I still think that is over paying. I usually don't spend more than 140-150 at FC or PHC.

Happened to be passing BT's today around lunch time. Stopped in and was the first customer in the place at 12 noon. Lucky me it was happy hour, two for one cocktails.

Sat down looked at the menu and ordered lunch.

Girls started showing up. Couple large black girls, two small (droopy a cup) white girls and a larger white girl. After my lunch the two small white girls sat down with me and chatted. Neither one of them was very interesting and neither of them mentioned the VIP room. The larger white girl did mention the VIP room but I wasn't interested in her.

Turned out one of the black girls was auditioning today. She got up and danced, shaked her booty and tits. Saw her 10 minutes later balling her eyes out fully dressed walking out. Guess she's not cut out for it.

So after an hour with no one there I wanted to take to the VIP I left, unfulfilled.

The special of the day was lamb chops. They were actually pretty good!

By the way, when I left there were still no other customers in the place.

I seem to be getting unusually high price quotes for fun at Flight Club. This is somewhat surprising because there was not much VIP traffic on the afternoon that I visited the FC.

Any updates from Detroit regulars? Did I catch a "bad" afternoon at Flight Club or is there a general up tick in the prices in all the Detroit clubs?
