The vast majority of legit escorts, and agencies, are going to require some form of screening. Independents often don't have the time, or desire, to screen someone without references. So you're probably better off starting with an agency. Another option is to get a membership with Date Check, or Preferred 411. The final option is to start calling girls on BP, until you find one who doesn't screen, and hope she doesn't just rip you off. But you also run the risk that they won't give you a reference (either because they don't want to, or don't remember you) , or that no one will accept them as a reference since they probably aren't well known.

Without references, expect to be giving out quite a bit of personal information. Personally I think P411 is the best option, that way you only need to give out all of your information once.
