My take is that the first case we are discussing here does it mostly for marketing purposes. Foreign means exotic almost by definition and I think exotic usually entices. The Brazilian girl however I think was actually doing it mostly for kicks. Although I'm sure marketing side was present there as well.

If that's the one, yeah, I've seen her once about a year ago in a hotel in Tewksbury. Let me tell you it's an experience. Many would even say "somewhat surreal."
