I read on other SW reports On USASG for other states, that cop may use known ho for sting, is this possible in Tampa or happened before?

About Head Shaving,

I sent many emails for lawyers and I got responds from some of them that there is no law for that and that only done if there is Health issues. That is really disgusting and rise other issues about who had her head shaved.

The sad truth is a cop can pull me over anytime he wants. They can ask for my driver's license ask me for proof of insurance and registration. They can ask me lots of questions about other shit too if they want. A cop can make up a reason to pull over any car they want, that's just how it is.

In this case I was one block from the city line, they had their hands full. So, they let me go. I know Leo, had I hung around, I was going to be questioned, no doubt in my mind. I will not draw attention to myself if I can help it.

As for the USA smart phone app, that is a cool idea! Right now I'm working on getting QA codes tattooed on the back of the HOs necks. Scan the code, it takes you to a web page with a price list and a review, with a pink jacket picture.

Love it Skip! We can start the "mark of the beast" with experimental HO's. See if you can incorporate her medical history as well. Past and current. You know, I agree with the 'question you for anything' concept but the bottom line is if you're not in a 'hot bed' known for prostitution and hell even if you are, you can say your lost and looking for the expressway or that go-cart race track across the street. I watched this same girl do the same sting at exactly the same location about 2 months ago. It looks like she is literally wearing the same clothes, too!

The monger that was busted back then committed a cardinal sin. He talked to her through the driver's side window. It looked like she got him to say the "magic words" while she was standing there outside the car.

The cops swooped in with an unmarked green SUV and another unmarked car, while she ran to the motel parking lot.

Remember mongers. An undercover female cop will NEVER get into your car. If you run into a streetwalker who won't get into your car, say nothing and drive on!

Two months ago? I missed that! Please, when you guys see something report it! When a sting happens we need to know. Tampa is a good sized city and we can't count on the TV and newspaper to report LEO activity. Take a second and post a report please!

I got this from a new member by PM, I guess he was afraid to post his report;"Thanks for Posting the report for everyone to see. I didn't see til after the fact but I drove by and she came over, asked her if she needed a ride she replied saying 'I don't ride in cars. ' because she's been beaten before and she has a room at the motel, then she started asking me what I was looking for, I just left. I was wondering why someone with such a toned body and clear skin is walking around there." Thanks for the report, there is a lesson here for us all!

So, if you ever wondered what it is like to talk to an undercover LEO, now you know. DON'T DO IT! If a cop wants to bust you they will. Once you are booked, bonded and released, charges can be dropped if there is no case. I see charges dropped all the time, on the arrest report it reads;"No file SAO" but it's too late your picture is on the Internet, you've been busted for solicitation for prostitution. Your family and friends have seen it. The fact that you are 'not guilty' is of little importance, you were busted.

An undercover LEO can be spotted, The clean look, the clothes, THE SHOES, the back up officers. The simple fact that it is a 'New HO' is a clue. When you see fresh fish, be on guard! A new worker can be a great find but it could be a cop. NEVER talk through a car window, NEVER! The guy who PMed me was very lucky, very lucky.

LOL Anyway, you know you should have made it extremely obvious that you were photographing her. Absolutely nothing wrong with that. And we could have got a good clear pic knowing that she's no doubt going to be out at a later date. I get it, no sense drawing unnecessary attention to yourself. BUT you swooped back BEFORE she was talking to someone so you wouldn't have been "impeding" anything. Right? I don't know, your the professional, what say you dude?

I see no arrests in the booking report. Did I miss it or was HCSO just wasting taxpayer money? One monger did PM me that he pulled over and spoke to the decoy. But he did not make a deal so he did not get busted.

Undercover girl comes running back out to the motel parking lot and into an unmarked cop sedan. Cops watched me watching them so I did not hang around or get better pictures. The one picture I got was low quality as the sun was setting and I was driving a car 40 MPH.

I was driving by, pulled over she came over and asked me to go to A1. Said wouldn't get in a car because she's been beaten before and started asking what I was looking for.

I tend to monger on both sides of the Bay and must say it is one of those times again to take a break from Tampa. Talent on other side is just too good right now. Several 8 or 9/10 for SW are walking all times of the day. Throw in the risk in Tampa with uncle and its just not worth my time. And I live 15 mins from Tampa spots and 30 mins from stpete ones. But if you find something quick, which you will, must shorter time spent in stpete visits. Stay safe. I am taking a break from tampa for about a month myself.

Yes, I agree with your comment and I found it in my search and Skiper mentioned that. I think is not from where they get their supply because most of the time they get them from street and candy stores that they don't stay more than 2 minutes. I think they get it from where they live and don't take a shower for a long of time.

Lana told me that she fought with other girl and they put her alone and forced her to shave as a punishment for her fighting. But in my search, I didn't find any legal law that mentions such act. The inmate can sue them if they shave her head. In my opinion, I think, there is a law that permits them to do such act. Is it just in Tampa or Fl. Which law?

I sure hope they don't shave her head for fighting. That sounds crazy to me, any lawyers want to say a word or two on SuperLarks' rumor?

You know when I think about it, a photo shoot with crystal, head shaved, might be a weird turn on.

I really want answer for this rumor and what we see happened to some inmate ho's that have their head been shaved in the jail. I did my job by research the internet for days but actually no answer from a resource that is 100% credible. I research Google, Google scholar, Google patent and other search engines with law terms and I also searched law websites local, nation and worldwide. Every times Mr. Google said "Do you mean?" Like it's a strange inquiry. LOL.

All I found is questions and answers and like 99. 9% say no. Please who now the answer, have experience or know that happens, can report it or Pm me with the source.

Here are the best what I found:

*Shaving an inmates hair when they enter a segregation unit, while in a lot of cases distasteful, does not violate anyones civil rights. A convicted felon has very few civil rights left, the 1st. 5th, and 6th are all stripped to the bone. Shaving the head is used mainly as a deterrent and a tool to encourage compliance with the segregation program. Contrary to popular belief, and a lot of stories.

*Yes they can if it is part of the jail rules. Prison system's restrictive hair regulations violated.

*No, they don't do that. I am a retired police officer. I retired as a sergeant, after 29 years, from a very large department, about 12, 000 officers.

*Females wouldn't be required to shave their hair unless their was a legit health issue, lice per say. (I liked it as Skiper said).

*Probably not. Even if they are inmates they still have their rights to object to such.

In some systems, hair is not forcibly removed, but the inmate can be placed in segregation until he agrees to groom in accordance with standards. That can be years.
