I decided to drive down Broadway today and I only saw a few girls out like Missy. I did notice that there were alot more police surveillance cameras on Broadway which pretty much covers the length of Broadway except for down at Morgan.

1. 2 at the transportation center.

2. 1 at Benson.

3. 1 at Royden.

4. 1 at Atlantic.

5. 2 at Ferry

6. 1 at Emerald.

7. 1 at Winslow.

In addition, there are traffic cameras / license plate readers at Atlantic and at Kaighn.

Damn that's alot of cameras. They went from 2 to? 9 cameras now. I know that the cameras are probably there to watch out for drug activity and shootings but I guess with that many cameras they can watch and record pretty much everything on Broadway now.

I actually picked up Michelle (See CookyJar's report 7/30/12) Monday night. She was wearing a baseball cap so it was hard to see her face but she looked like she had a pretty good little body so I picked her up off of Broadway. She looked familiar but I can't really say that I've picked her up before. Michelle told me that she has lost alot of weight but she use to be on Broadway about 4 years ago and had alot of regulars so some of you might remember her. Nice girl with pretty good service. I made a couple passes around 4:30-5:00PM and there were hardly any SWs out. Just a couple of diehards. Perhaps because of the stabbings and the rapes. I gave up and hit the Erotic Cafe where the hot girls I saw a couple weeks ago were not. Saw two that looked pregnant (WTF is that about?). The others were fat to older and too skinny. Finally hit the Russian place in Cherry Hill near Planet Fitness and saw Bianca again. She told me they were planning on taking the place private, I. E, no new clients so get and keep your member number. Not FS but not bad from what I've seen so far, though I was out in about 40 min. FYI, They have no shower facility at all.

CAMDEN — The search is on for a rapist authorities believe is targeting prostitutes along Camden's Broadway corridor.

Officials with the Camden County Prosecutor's Office said that a rape last Thursday is similar to one that took place May 21.

The woman, described as being in her 20s reported she was approached by a Hispanic man at Broadway and Chelton Avenue around 2 pm She told police that he was initially friendly when soliciting sex and asked additionally if she wanted to get high.

As they walked toward a wooded area near 6th Street and Chelton Avenue, the man's demeanor changed and he drew a knife. He then raped her.

The incident mirrored one that occurred May 21 when a similar-looking Hispanic male spoke with a prostitute at 6th and Jackson streets around 5 a. M. Just like in the second incident, he approached the woman looking for sex and offering drugs. She too, was raped at knifepoint.

The man was described by both women as being a Hispanic male between 5 feet 6 and 5 feet 10 inches tall with thinning, slick backed hair. One of them offered that her attacker had a ponytail.

The other said he wore black Sketchers boots, had long pinky nails on both hands and rode a blue and black mountain bike.

Both women said their attacker spoke broken English and had a prominent chin.

Anyone who can identify the person in the composite sketches is asked to call Camden Police's Special Victims Unit at (856) 757-7421.

I hit the strip today about 1pm and there is an abundance of talent out. Every corner for 4-5 blocks had 2-3 working it was like the Olympics out there. Every race and nationality was out in force. I landed on a late 20's short haired blonde named Kara. Boy o boy was she sweet took good care of me for the usual fare plus a nice tip. I will be back to take that for a spin. She left digits for members that maybe interested.

Firstly I have an update on Pita. Spoke with her mom and sis. A couple of days ago. She's clean, off the streets, done with that lifestyle and has a second baby on the way. I wish her the best in her sober life and hope she makes it. She's one of the special ones. I found and hooked up with Jennifer I reported on about a month ago. You are not the only one with an attraction to this particular position. For years now it has been a favorite of mine. It's not easy. Normally I prefer doggie or mish. More important than looks and anything else is cleanliness. That the first thing I look for as I drive down the block. Sure I was impressed by the way Michelle appeared to filled out her blouse, however; I was just as impressed by the fact that the blouse was white and clean – spotless. As for your and Ignacus' comments re seeing girls stationed on every block on Broadway, yeah my last couple trips down the stroll in the past week were that way. It's interesting how on Broadway you'll often see the girls offering themselves up that way, 1-3 girls per block, block after block, each one just standing there on their little personal piece of turf. There can be some of that on K and other strolls but rarely do you find a stroll where you can quickly let your eyes scan down the next 3-4 blocks and see girls on both sides of the street just standing there at intervals like you sometimes see on Broadway. Very convenient for the comparison shopping monger. If only pickups were that convenient, if you're like me and have a rule about never picking a girl up right on the stroll.

Decided to make a couple of passes early in the morning. Around 1:30 there were no appreciable leo out and as mentioned in a previous post, it was like old times. There was practically a girl on every corner from Mechanic to Clinton. I made a couple of passes on the East side and found a nice looking blonde ponytail on Westfield. I also spotted a couple on Federal up near Dudley. One walked all the way down to 27th, then crossed Westfield and walked on down over the bridge. Looked OK, but I was interested in the blonde who got scooped. I was also checking B'way for Alyssa and a blonde I keep seeing out late at night near the Rand. She always seems to be with some guy going to and from Crown Chicken. I've seen a couple of pretty sharp looking girls hanging in the Rand / Cooper area over a two to three day time frame. Never saw indications that they might be working, but what else would they be doing there day after day, waiting for a bus? Could just be suburban girls getting their meds. I understand quite a few come into town on the River Line for just that purpose. That is the area where I first met Ericka a couple of years ago. Only later did I see her South of Berkley.

Kicking a habit, any habit, isn't easy. I've known friends and family who have been trying to get off cigarettes for forty years. People under a doctor's care, with lung trouble, will sneak a smoke. Bad habits are hard to break. Just ask anyone who has been told to stop using salt or sugar. Stopping ain't easy. There is a physical element to breaking a drug habit and there is a psychological aspect which most of us know nothing about and cannot imagine.

Users live and get use to a life most of us find appalling and could never imagine living. For the users the street and its squalor is the norm, it is home, it's what they are use too, it's what they know and it's where their friends (people living the same life) are. For the drug addict the underworld, which we fear so passionately, with its foul inhabitants, is a familiar welcoming place – free of the demands placed on the rest of us in the so called normal world. The drug addicts lives. And, sooner or later their will die. They live and just like the rest of us they will die; however, their lives are free from the tedious details. They don't work, they don't worry about or pay taxes, they don't worry about putting their kids through college, rent isn't a problem, and nor is food, health care, warm clothing and etc, etc, and etc. They've exchanged all of what might be considered normal needs for their need for drugs. We, the so called normal people, give up the pleasures offered by the illusions of drugs, for a life filled with drudgery and endless obligations. Who's to say which is the better life – we all ended up as dust?

Kicking their habit and reentering the world outside of the drug life after 10, 15 or more years has got to be a horrific task. For a 10 year drug users, coming back to our world must be something like one of us suddenly trying to live in their world.

What we see as sad, might be sweet relief. Personally, I hate the thought of her suffering. In the end, it is her choice.

Another problem with getting off the drugs is even if you manage for a while and go back to your old friends and habitats, the odds are pretty good you'll relapse. Unless you have a good place to go after the change you're probably doomed to repeat.

I hadn't been on Broadway for awhile. I was really surprised to see the amount of talent on the way. At one point there seemed to be a girl standing on every corner. In some places there were two or three.

So I never gave thought to crossing over into Camden, but have enjoyed attempting to even scratch the surface of K-land, so I may have to include the Broadway stroll in a future trip as well. The couple of beauties I've seen covered on this forum certainly do seem ride-worthy, this latest being one of the nicest packages. By the way, even though you mentioned that a tour of the Greek Isles wasn't offered, a look at the wear patterns of that Cyclops tells me that such a side trip is probably available.
