Yes, most Chinese parlors are legit, with a scant few offering HJs and even then you may have to build a rapport over several visits before you'll get that HJ. The easiest way to tell the difference between a Chinese parlor and Korean parlor is all Korean parlors have a small "lobby" of sorts which can be tiny and just have a door and small window in them so they can screen you. I go in there every now and then. I've only see two women working. They're both 40+, one is chubby and the other (who I've never had a session with) has a nice body and possible bolt ons.
