July 11.

Took a run to each loop today. From 11:30 to about 12:15 on the north side was pretty unproductive. A few street worn BSW, but nothing striking at all. Swung south and was down there until about 1:30. Again, not a whole lot out. A few of the regulars, but it was pretty quiet. I did run back through the south loop for about an hour from 3:30 to 4:30. There seemed to be a little more activity, but still not much. I did see a WSW around 7th and Lincoln that walked between a car and the corner on 6th street. Had dark hair pulled up, a short dress, and heels. Also a very large chest. I gave her the look. She definitely looked at me but didn't even crack a smile. She went back to the little car and leaned on the passenger side of it. She was back walking towards the car from the corner and trying to look like she was going somewhere again a few minutes later. Once again, she went back to the little car, but didn't go in. I would have sat and observed her to try to see what was up if I had time.

CrackerJack - I don't want to hurt your feelings, but your reports are pretty dull & rambling. You can spice them up by picking up some of these women you see, bending them over the hood of your car & reporting on some juicy action.

What I was looking for was the post that had all the streets from this street to that street etc. I had used that when I got into the hobby and used it for the south loop. But cannot find it for the north route.

At one time it was North Ave and Center Street from Holton to 35th Street. Lisbon was 27th to 35th Streets. Teutonia anywhere from North Ave to Capitol Drive. You should have watched for a few minutes more and I'm sure your question would have been answered about being a decoy operation. The girl that was going to talk to the guy in the car will NOT get into a vehicle if she's a cop and when the guy makes her an offer for sex she runs her fingers through her hair signaling the other coppers to come and get him. And off to a paddy wagon hidden nearby he goes. And then they reload for the next one.
