I'm not really familiar with SW's on Harford Road or in general. My initial thought would have been that there were more SW's closer to North Ave, but there always seems to be a ton of LE over there.

In my recent trips to W / W loop, I have seen a fairly tall brunette more than few times in last two weeks. She looks good and about mid 30s+. Shoulder length hair. I've seen her wearing pants, long dress or knee length dress with white and black. She hangs around with a guy wearing a hat sometimes. I don't know whether he is her BF or pimp. She waved at me every time I passed by. I wasn't sure so I just passed by went on my way. Does anyone have info on her? She is kind of looking like Erin. But she is not Erin. I know that for I had few encounters with her.

Yes I have seen her on the loop and that guy is as you say always there. Because of her location an the location of the dude that is alway close. I leave her alone. I tried to see if anyone picks her up and I have seen it happen a few times. The guy is always talking to her or chatting with some other dude that is sitting on the stoop at one of the houses close to her. Everytime that I saw her, she was wearing a long summer dress and it was blue in color. I think she is legit but I will have to make sure because that is a hot spot for Uncle LE to watch and there are so many location for him to hide.

I was asked by a newbie monger if the "cop check" routine really does any good? I think one can assume that if a girl enters a car, it's a legitimate hookup, whereas girls that chat up through an open window are potential trouble. I'm especially assured when I have seen same girl at different locations, or walking by herself at points in the day.

BTW there was an operation in play on Highlandtown / Conkling on Sunday. Short dark / dyed hair brunette with hair slicked down who was sticking to same block all afternoon.
