I can understand if someone doesn't like my style. I have no issues with that at all, everyone has their own opinions on what they like. I freely admit that if you're looking for an artsy studio shoot, I'm probably not the best choice. Personally I feel those aren't the best kind of images for providers to use for advertising anyway, but that's just my opinion. But I do take offense at saying my work isn't professional. I'm also confused why at first she was interested, and then she wasn't. I have no hard feelings, just looking for some simple courtesy.

Above all else take nothing personal, whether your a hobbyist or a provider, if you offer a service and someone is not interested in that service or if your not willing to provide your service to everyone it's all your prerogative. Let's see, April 14th you sent me an email asking about doing a shoot and asked to see some of my work. I sent you a few samples, and April 16th you said you wanted to set something up next weekend. Then nothing from you until May 9th when you said you were waiting on some other photographers. So obviously originally you liked my work enough, but then changed your mind for some reason and didn't want to tell me. When I'm doing work for providers, I'm not trying to be artistic. No shadows, and contrast between light and dark, etc. I'm going for the well lit so you can see everything look. If you prefer something more artistic, that's fine, but that doesn't mean my work isn't professional. Also keep in mind that I'm not exactly working with professional models either in these shoots. I do the best I can with what I have to work with.

As for editing, I really don't do a whole lot of it. I balance some colors, smooth some skin tones, and that's about it. It's not like I'm doing the whole airbrushed, breast enlargement, waist shrinking, perfect symmetry, magazine cover thing. I do however remove tattoos if requested to preserve a provider's anonymity.

Obviously the choice is yours, but whether you work with me, or another photog, I think everyone will agree that you need new pics. Since you don't care for my work, I'd suggest posting an ad on CL under Gigs that you're looking for a photographer. I know for a fact that you'll get tons of responses. I will warn you though that the majority of them will be GWC's and students, but there will probably be a pro or two in there. I wish you luck.

You yourself e-mailed me saying that (I still have that e-mail). What surprised me is that you still continued to use your old photos which made you look worse then you were on my photos. That's all. I also think that the photos that you use now don't do you justice and it probably would be a good idea to take some other pictures of yourself. For example, if you want to hide your face a photo of smiling Deana in a mask should go a long way to make you more popular. I am responding to this because :

1) You have it all wrong, because Jackson did NOT kick me off, I had to ask him numerous times to remove me after the BIG buff guy thing because guys were taking it too far, and finally he did. He knows which ip address I'm coming from, the same was as before.

I was in great shape when I first started then hurt my back by slipping two disks and weigh about 8-9 pounds more, and no exercising and dieting so will be back in shape soon. So does that answer your question?
