Having your shit together is way more important than knowing the number of LE out and about. (Maybe I should just say that it's a good idea to know both; how to make a good stop and whose in the area.)

IMHO, you are just as likely to get in trouble in the 26th District if you are not careful. You are the determining factor. Never assume that just because you've cross district lines that you have somehow become invisible.
