To my great surprise, she has actually tried to dye her hair back to her natural red color (though you can see the 'roots' of that black she was using). Maybe someone read the forum and relayed it back to her. I don't know. But she looks more like the girl I remember meeting though she has lost a bunch of weight.

I agree with Kim Park's assessment of Erin's BBBJ skills. I find it weird that a year or 2 ago, many described her work as mechanical and lacking in feeling. I do not agree. Adding from an earlier report this morning,

I like picking up new talent even when I have phone numbers in my pocket for other SW's, and as much as I hate to admit it, I think that when you are like me and want to take a chance on some new talent, in this business you almost have to figure on getting bad service here and there. I think that it just comes with the territory. It is especially bad though when you are really in the mood to pick up a chick and it is mostly dead out and none of the available choices are all that appealing to begin with. But you figure that you will go for it, give her a chance, and hope for the best. I have never had a chick fall asleep on me like some of the recent posts on here, but I have had some other annoying conduct. The hurry up routine is the worst, particularly when it has not been a long time by any standard and I am thinking to myself that there is no way in hell that most other guys finish that quick.
