Stopped by during lunch hour a few days ago. Called ahead and was greeted by 40's maybe 50's korean lady in nightgown wear. Escorted to room and was told 60 for the hour. Mentioned ad on BP that said 50, and she said "ok. 50." I gave her 60 anyway. Had to wait in room about 10 minutes because of other johns being serviced. Finally walks in and we move to TS, which was warm and thorough. Back in the room and she starts with back massage. I tell her I only have 30 minutes before I have to leave. She does a lot of teasing on my backside and finally tells me to flip. Asks me what I want and I give the signal. She starts HE and gets topless. Afterwards during the cleanup, she tells me about house special which is basically 10 visits = 1 free visit. I stopped by the new Chinese massage place in Duluth on Old Norcross Road, across the street from Micro Center. I didn't have time for a session but asked to see the Vichy shower. The lady showed me. Looks interesting. Noted that in addition to the woman at the front desk, there were two other masseuses and one Chinese guy. None of the women were anything to brag about but also not quite as ugly as some at other parlors. Their "special" is $90 for 60 minutes, of which 40 minutes is a massage and 20 minutes is the vichy shower.

I have a newb question. I tip about $20 at legit AMPs like jojos. But am never sure about tipping independent masseuses. If they are running out of their house and charging $85-120 (as opposed to $49 with most of that going to the "house") is tipping still required or expected or are they working the full expectation into the advertised price? I have tipped independents that were charging low ($80) and gave more than expected but if the price is higher ($120) or if the massage was an $80 no extra massage, is tipping still expected (or the norm)?

No need to tip independents unless it's known that their fee is only for massage and they happen to give you a free HJ as well.

Went by again last night, and same thing no lights. Not sure what happened, they always seemed to do okay business. They are not in Duluth, so I don't think they have to follow the same rules regarding sign in sheets.
