These AMPs should unioninze and counter sue for malicious prosecution, and get court orders against "investigators" who come by for a visit.
Imagine the dirt on all the "good citizens" who allege wrong doing by these places that would be played out in court.
With the wave of a pen or an anonymous phone call one can ruin a life.
I remember working at a MP back in the 90's and one of the clients had an allegation against one of the emplooyee's. Her lawyer called (she did not even go to the D. A.)
Event though the complaint was groundless.
Within 6 months we went from 50 clients a day to 10 and 4 of the massage therapist left and the place went out of business a year later. A half decent lawyer could prove harm from an allegation and counter sue for big money. As to make "sex for a Fee" stick it is just he said she said. And if the accused records are clean, they will get off. Even though most just plea no lo contende and take 6 mo. S probation and pay a fine.
My only thought is that the state is having a purge to catch the bigger fish in running these people though national crime data bases and looking for rings and other crimes.
Who knows, the power the state has over 2 consenting adults and in the privacy of your selected morals is unwaranted and should be left alone.

Posts: 662Goldfish Spa. Complaints almost immediately after openning
BILLERICA. The bright-neon, flickering open-for-business sign could still be seen flashing in the window of a Boston Road massage parlor on Tuesday, even after its owner had been arrested approximately one week earlier and charged with offering sexual services to customers in exchange for cash.

Police Chief <name deleted said that on the night of May 22, Detective Sgt. <name deleted visited the 884 Boston Road massage parlor and arrested 54-year-old Chelmsford resident <name deleted .
According to the Secretary of the Commonwealth's Corporations Division, the Goldfish Spa had only been open since Jan. 11.
"I will say that almost immediately after they opened we started to get complaints from residents and businesses," Police Chief <name deleted said.
He said he could not yet elaborate on the details of the investigation but added that the state Department of Public Health inspected the spa and is working to revoke its business license.
The 884 Boston Road address is also home to Enterprise Rent-A-Car. An employee at the rental- car agency said Tuesday nobody had any idea that an arrest had been made at the Goldfish Spa.
Inside the spa, a smiling woman who identified herself as <name deleted said news that the was business closing "is not true," but added she couldn't talk about it further because her "English was not good."
Police Chief <name deleted said other than having the state complete its investigation,"the next step is to work with the landlord to get the place shut down."
According to land records, the property is leased to <name deleted by owner <name deleted who also owns a real-estate company located just a few doors away from Goldfish Spa. A message left for <name deleted at Realty World Advantage, located at 880 Boston Road, was not returned.
Goldfish Spa has no website but advertises its services through other websites like craigslist. Org and backpage. Com. On the same day that <name deleted was arrested, an ad appeared on craigslist. Com offering "Chinese Tui Na bodywork and foot reflexology for men in women in a quiet, relaxing atmosphere" at a rate of $60 per hour or $40 per half-hour.
Police Chief <name deleted said police regularly keep tabs on online massage advertisements,"whether they run on craigslist. Org or another site."
In March 2010, Billerica police busted what they described as a prostitution ring operating from a Concord Road apartment. Months earlier, police staked out the front of the apartment building and confronted a man who had gone inside. The man told police he had obtained the phone number of a woman who had posted an ad on craigslist. Org for massages.
The woman was arrested after she offered various sex acts in exchange for money to an undercover officer who had called the number hours earlier and arranged for a massage.

Thanks for posting story.
Sounds like another outstanding piece of police work!
"The owner of the rival spa told police she sent a male employee into the Goldfish Spa to check out the competition. The employee told police he was told to lie nude, facedown on the massage table without a robe, towel or anything to cover his body. During the massage, the masseuse rubbed close to his private parts, making him feel uncomfortable, but there was no sexual contact."
I am in metro west area I have no recent reports other than I tried "Jolin's" in Framingham.
I had the impression the "types" employed were the exception than the rule.
Wasnt looking for FS. But I must say the few "ladies" seen when I dropped in were pretty and "passable".
Nothing exposed or requested to be. Excellent massage and all the oil was washed off with a hot toil.

Also, the article states that when the "rival spa" employee was checking them out,"there was no sexual contact." If not, why did LEO bother investigating?

[QUOTE The link has apparently been disabled, by the way.[/QUOTE]
Below is the story. What I find interesting is the officer told her he didn't have time for a massage but wanted oral. He gave her 100 and she gave him 30 back. Sounds more like the price of a massage.
LOWELL. The owner of a Billerica spa pleaded not guilty Wednesday to a charge of sexual conduct for a fee after she allegedly accepted $70 from an undercover Tewksbury police detective to pay for more than just a massage.
In Lowell District Court, <women's name deleted> 54 was released without bail after pleading not guilty to the charge in connection with the undercover sting operation May 22.
According to court documents, Billerica police began investigating the Goldfish Spa at 884 Boston Road after the Board of Health received a complaint in February from another spa that the company was offering more than massages.
The owner of the rival spa told police she sent a male employee into the Goldfish Spa to check out the competition. The employee told police he was told to lie nude, facedown on the massage table without a robe, towel or anything to cover his body. During the massage, the masseuse rubbed close to his private parts, making him feel uncomfortable, but there was no sexual contact.
On May 22, undercover Tewksbury Police Detective <officer's name deleted> arrived late to a massage appointment and told <women's name deleted> he didn't have time for a massage, but he'd pay for oral sex. <officer's name deleted> placed $100 on the massage table.
<women's name deleted> , who speaks Mandarin, allegedly told <officer's name deleted> ,"I do," then made <officer's name deleted raise his right hand and swear he wouldn't cause her any trouble. After he complied, <women's name deleted> allegedly took $70 and told <officer's name deleted> he could give her the other $30 as a tip afterward if he was satisfied. Then she motioned for him to get undressed.
Then <officer's name deleted> identified himself as a police officer and told <women's name deleted> she was under arrest. As <women's name deleted> was being led away with <officer's name deleted> 's money, she allegedly said,"I do not do anything."
While searching the spa, police said they found a 29-year-old Lexington man lying naked on a massage table behind a locked door. The client was told to get dressed.
<women's name deleted> is scheduled for a pretrial conference Aug. 3.

Funny, when this place opened in January there was minimal discussion about it and consensus seemed to be that it was legit (supported by at least one review) ; go figure.

Yea that sounds like the idiot cops in Billerica. I still remember when they tried to close down Mac's 2 by turning it into a 'juice bar'. All it did was lower the age to get in and make it more popular. Damn idiots.

I had heard or read somewhere that when the 'new mgmt' took over they cleaned house. I believe they offer 'body rubs' cause the new girls aren't licensed (yet?). I'm sure the possibilities of anything else is gone. But I do have the memories of Nicole and her awesomely large tits getting down on nher knees and taking it in the nface after an awesome BBBJ. Those werfe the days. Wonder where she went?

I wonder if Bedford is next? Newton locales couldn't sustain quality AMPs. Wellellsley didn't work either.

Scheduling has to be proper, not over booked. Does it also help to "look like youbelong" in that area? Maybe?
Dress appropriately and does your vehicle look too out of place for the area? No disrespect to the gents out there.
It's seems too difficult to set up / maintain shop in the towns where LE work flow differs from a more "populated" area.

Posts: 1701We're talking about 2 different things. If someone comes in on her own, half way through your massage, just to help out for the ending, then by all means an extra 20 should suffice. What I'm talking about is if you call to make an appointment and ask specifically for a 4 handed massage or if you walk in and ask for a 4 handed massage then everything is doubled.

I think there is a difference if they turn your massage into a 4-hand after it is half over, or if you walk in or make an appointment and specifically ask for 4-hand. If that is the case, you should have both ladies full attention for the full hour, but be willing to pay double, house fee and tip. And for me, I would also want 2 pops. Tina that was in Danvers a while back would offer you 4 hands at the outset if they weren't busy, for one house fee and double tip, but then would shrink the session to 30 minutes. I never partook. Would still like to try one, but not just anywhere, it would have to be somewhere I had already established is known for giving good value and time for the money, and with providers that I know fairly well.

Really do not think the problem is whether it is near a school or not but with all the traffic going in and out next to other businesses, it has others jealous. Not to blame others also but sites like this give out way to much info and Uncle LEO reads this. LEO needs an excuse to bust them and they get it from here and other sites. I believe that LEO just uses the excuse that complains are coming in from all over. Let us face it once words gets out that HJ BBBJ are available we all want to get there. Just be careful and do not get caught on the bed or massage table doing the nasty deed when LEO busts the door down.

Maybe I've just been lucky but every time it's turned into a 4-hand session (as in Bonan in Malden, where Mamasan would often join JoJo) it hasn't been at my request, so although I tipped a little more I didn't double everything. I figure why should the house get double just because they can catch me at a vulnerable (little head doing the thinking) moment? So if the house fee is 70 and my tip is usually 40, I might up that tip to 60. After all, the 4-hand usually begins in my experience when the session is at least half over, and the only reason it's been offered is because there's no other customers around and although a 4-hand can feel great, it's still just a happy ending once it's over. Maybe I'd feel differently if it was two nude twenty year old coeds rubbing me off instead of a couple of mostly dressed middle-aged ladies. Just my 2 cents.
