The Neshaminy Inn is about $36 for 4 hours. And they give a AAA discount. Clean & own bathroom. They have Jacuzzi suites too. I reccomend it over the Lincoln.

Lincoln is nice if driving is not a problem for you and you really are going to spend time minimum of 3 hours ($40=3hours). I was thinking if somebody tried to inquire if Roosevelt Hotel or Hub Motel in Route_1 also offers day rate or short time check-in like Lincoln and Neshaminy Hotel in Trevose. Any intel?

$20 for the room for an hour. Not a bad deal, and they only have a fitted sheet on the bed, so you could see any bedbugs before they hitch a ride. The neighborhood probably isn't somewhere you'd want to live, or even go for a moonlight stroll, but it's only a block off N. Broad St, so there is usually a lot of foot traffic around, making it at least a little bit safer. Park close.
