First visit to MP. Made the long trip to ERS and really wanted to try Laura or Tarin, but both were already in session. So my choices were Liz or Angela. I opted for Liz. Finally had the chance to see Liz and have to admit my session didn't live up to the other ones I've read about her. She is beautiful with a great body and a very easy girl to talk to, no complaints there, but the rest of the session seemed mechanical. Could've been a YMMV issue or I caught her on an off day. The rub itself was good, everything within the rules. The standard for libel / slander is a three leg stool. You need all three to prove it.

1. The information must be false.

2. You must know that the information is false.

3. You must have had malicious intent when you wrote it.

Number three is why there are so few cases that ever go to court.

BTW I had read the review and I would of been a little less specific. During the 18 years I have gone to ERS, I have run into some "creative" techniques like that

Since the review is a written document it would be libel, but that review doesn't even approach the standard for libel.
