Guys we have not one, but two of those "girls?" that we are not supposed to talk about hanging out on the WW loop.
The funny thing is that one of "them" has gotten a couple of good reviews from members of this board.
Will give more info via pm.
If you do not contribute, don't bother. I will not respond.
Safe hunting to all, including those of you who obviously like it up the butt.

Made it to the B / CB area late last night. Hadn't read some of the recent posts below on area surveillance, and didn't see the evidence below myself, but would agree the atmosphere was more guarded. I connected with Sherry (Shari) on a side road off Pontiac. Brunette, mid-30's, and has been noticeable on previous visits with purple or similar more colorful clothing.
Not a memorable encounter. After agreeing to her location she then decides the location isn't secure enough – looking around, need to hurry etc. Skills nothing to write home about. Won't repeat.
But as always, try to be good to these young ladies –

I saw Vicky on DC Backpage a little while ago. I dated this hot babe for a while, totally awesome girl (she has absolutely No gag reflexes.). I'll parley some encounters in the future.

Posts: 158Shifting market forces due to drugs
From Dr. Immanuel Kunt:
My academic pursuits encourage me to study the market forces affecting our hobby. Although I am semi-retired these days, it is obvious that those of us who have been doing this for 10 years or longer can truly talk about the good old times. Whatever today is, it's nothing in comparsion. Not in terms of supply or quality of talent.
Since drugs and streetwalking are so intricately linked, I was interested in reading the following front-line report from a buddy who lives near Hollins Market, an area that used to have a steady supply of talent before the University of Maryland crossed the MLK boulevard. That creeping gentrification produced a number of office buildings. Even before the first shovel hit the ground, university police cars were stationed 24/7 at all former SW corners to mark the territory.
That cleanup ended SW activity on West Baltimore Street. Another blow now has been dealt:
"Close observation, during my early weekend errand runs to the Hollins Market of late, has led me to conclude that the adherents of the once fast growing Church of Crack have all but disappeared, dead, jailed, or returned to the bosom and comfort of the old mainline faith of Heroinism. In the end surviving coke and meth heads always end up giving 'that old time religion' the nod."
I would be interested in hearing from others, but my experience is that while heroin dependency drives addictsto pursue activities to finance their craving, heroin is a depressant. When girls are stoned, they are pretty much useless, which explains the recent spate of reports of girls falling asleep in the middle of engagement, with dicks going limp in their mouths. Crack on the other hand produced energizer bunnies who, untll they tweeted, could do some miraculous stuff. Above all, their constant craving for new highs made them to hunt punters more seriously since those highs did not last that long and did not make them nod.
My own observations make me conclude that shifting addiction patterns, along with stepped-up policing, have caused the current drought in Baltimore.

FYI those are in fact cameras. Some marked cars have them too especially in the county. They are aimed to pick up license plate numbers and automatically run them against the database. If it comes up with anything an alert goes off. Obeying the speed limit won't help you if you run past one of these and your shit's not in order

So today I got out of work early and decided to have a look see. I went down to wilkens and to my surprise there were LEOs everywhere. Very few SW. I saw Angel but wanted something different. I saw Patty, but when I swooped around, she was gone. Is it just me, or is her medication really starting to show on her. Oh well. And last but not least, there is also a blacked out chevy malibu that swoops in on people with about 4 LEOs inside. The car has 2 cameras or radar detectors on the back trunk.

In for a penny, in for a pound, I suppose – might as well keep posting. I've enjoyed several recent interludes with Jennifer, from the B / CB stroll (mainly near Hanover, but more on her availability below).
What a doll. Nice body, clean & groomed, great attitude and great skills.
Though I have digits I believe it's too late to see this young lady – unless she changed her plans, she's left the area for her home in another state. Don't know this for sure, but at the very least I haven't gotten through on either of her # in the past few days. If any change on that I'll be sure to advise.
Try to be good to these young ladies.

Re: the recent traffic on indoor meeting options.
This Tues I ran the WW loop and ended up encountering Tracy, a slim dirty blond, near the circle. An ok provider –a bit rougher looking disrobed than her street appearance would have suggested. Reasonable donation and good skills. Someone recently posted about a blonde Tracy from WW who was trying to rob customers with a fake gun – have no idea what's about, not even a hint of that with this girl. No pics but I decided I didn't want any. No digits.
Harking back to recent posts on local room providers. Tracy suggested a WW place that was new for me, another $10 unofficial provider near Darnell's. I could provide more specifics off-line. The room was fine, but just for the group's edification – one of the home's occupants, female, walked in on us in the midst of the interlude. Twice. Once could be an honest mistake, but the second time. For those of you wondering, no the interrupter was not someone you'd want to join in. Tracy was ticked. While no Chuck Norris I'm fairly capable physically, and so it probably didn't occur to me to be more concerned than I was. But keep your eyes open in such places.

A long-time reader and hobby participant here, but not a poster
The exchange in March that involved Henlopen referring to a recent Cls9637 date with Liz as being 'just gross' incensed me enough to jog me out of observer status. It's somewhat old news at this point, and I realize numerous others have already responded, but still wanted to respond. It took me a while to prepare to finally post.
I've been a semi-regular with Liz, and Henlopen's got it completely wrong. I haven't seen her in the past few weeks, but have previously found her to be a pretty with-it provider. Great form, enthusiastic, better than average looks, and always aiming to please. There've been some service set-backs, e. G. A promised 3-way that crashed and burned because her planned partner flaked out, and I agree with CLS that she looks the worse for wear over time. But she's been keeping it together. On the whole she's got more on the ball than most out there.
See below, from my two recent exchanges with Liz. As I said, excellent skills and results. As many posters here know she's had several #'s in the past few months. She isn't always 100% reachable, but again is more dependable in that regard than most of her peers.
Try to be good to these young ladies.

Just a quick heads up to my fellow mongers who don't mind living on the wild side, I was dropping off a friend in the Garrison area so I decided to check the scenery and to my surprise there were at least 7 BSW's strong right in the area by the junction on up. What I consider the lower part. I did a few circles and decided to pick up a tall lean light skin BSW. She gave me the look I circled and picked her up. After I did the standard test, she had some small A's at best, We went to find a nice spot. In the light I discovered she was much much older, like semi grandma status. It didn't matter at this point it was about 11pm and the little head was ready for war. She gave me a covered pipe cleaning which was pretty damn good. Lots of mouth hand coordination. I finished by stabbing her throat until I exploded. Standard fee for that area. A dub will do ya! Would repeat. It looks like garrison is on the rise again but be careful that area is fire hot.
Happy hunting!

Posts: 280B / CB. LE presence and civilians
I do not mind the kids on bikes but there are certainly a lot of civilians in the B / CB area to deal with and what complicates matters is that the civilians do not really dress any different than the SW's. I have also noticed a lot of LE in the area and it could be related to matters discussed on here, but I think that it is also related in some part to there being a court building on Patapsco and other disturbances that you find in a densely populated area like domestic issues, drugs, routine traffic stops, etc. I cruised through the area around 9 or maybe 10 PM on Tuesday night and saw marked cop cars sitting on side streets off of Fairhaven, LE with flashing lights near Cambria, LE patroling around 9th street, and LE near Pontiac. On several occasions I have also seen unmarked LE in the area. What I have not seen though are any female decoys. Just in case they are out though, never talk through the window and let the girl get in the car (I have never heard of a cop getting in a car in Maryland. Have seen it on tv shows like cops though). I also am a little suspicious of girls who are standing in the same spot when I make a couple of passes. Many SW's tend to walk a bit. Maybe because they think that avoids a loitering charge. I am just not sure if LE stop and harass guys if they see a guy pick up a known SW. That brings me to another point. Obey speed limits, make sure your headlights work, etc. Many years ago, I was cruising Pulaski, Haven, Conkling and did not know that one of my headlights was out. I was pulled over and given a repair order to fix the problem in like 30 days. I kid you not, I did not make it more than a couple of blocks before I was pulled over again (and showed the repair order to the cop) and pulled over yet again for the third time only a couple more blocks away from the second traffic stop (and showed the repair order again).
