Well said. Yes I've been asked on a few occasions to provide protection. Once after I was midway into the session (got ripped off). More often than not its been a low end provider as some have mentioned. Rarely I've gotten good service from a provider that asked for it. I always wondered if it was a provider's way of screening for LEO.
