The only reason I remember it because I was there when the wings were destroying colorado and the there was a round of drinks everytime they scored. Stopped into this place for lunch yesterday. The place actually had a few good looking girls. Ended up going to the back with Russian named dancer. Good time. BT's or Bogarts
I happen to enjoy both clubs. Depends on what you are looking for. Bogarts is seedy and dirty. The talent can be hit or miss with more of a miss type of atmosphere. The waitresses will constantly hassle you to buy more drinks. All in all it can be a good budget place to have some fun.
BT's on the other hand is much cleaner. They try to be a more upscale club and it does show. The place is well lit for a club and you don't feel like you are in a Mexican border town bar. The girls at BT's tend to be younger with tight bodies. Anything goes, and while you do pay a VIP tax every time you go to the back, the bouncer cleans up and leaves you to do as you please. Very pleasant atmosphere. If I had to make a comparison, I would say that BT's is the dirty little sister to the Penthouse club.

I posted reviews below for both bars. BT's is easily twice the size of Bogart's, and twice as nice, too. So with those two facts, you're going to inccur more taxes as mentioned below. Certainly the VIP is way more private and nicer at BT's. Music loudness is a matter of where you sit, as I have wanted the music louder at BT's when I sat near the Dressing Room.
I think you can get an oral exam pretty much at any club on Michigan avenue without much effort.

The biggest downsides to BTs are: a) all the taxes (valet, coat, VIP) and be) the music is too damn loud. The biggest downsides to Bogies are a) the waitresses hustle for drinks constantly and be) less privacy in the VIP area. I vote for BT's. The talent is too hit or miss at Bogarts. I was there last night and virtually every dancer had a fat gut. Two minutes after I walked in a hood type dude got chased out of the VIP area by a black dancer, who then had a loud argument with the manager. I have had great times at Bogarts but last night I finished my first beer and hit the road.

My advice, go to bogarts. From what I hear of bt's the booth tax is outright thevery. Bogarts is only $10 and you can go in and out multiple times. Best choice? Bogies vs BT's
I will be coming back to Detroit next week (woo hoo!) and am looking forward to some daytime fun. I have been to Bogarts, H8's, and Flight Club. I wasn't fond of H8's, except the sexiest bartender ever, and Flight Club was okay, but Bogarts was always a good time. I like my joints to be a little seedier casual. Just a personal preference.
I have RTFF so many times I think I know it by heart and really want to try out BT's. But with all great anticipation I am not wanting to be let down. I have a bad habit of sticking around a place too long, spending a little too much on drinks, dances, tips, etc. When I could just focus my allowance on one place and have a fantastic time. My question to you experts is this. Should I try BT's or stick to Bogies? I will be staying very near the both of them, which also helps.
I am putting my dilemma into your all's hands. Also, if there is another place any of you recommend in this vicinity that you all think I will enjoy, please feel free to let me know.
Help a visitor make the right choice. As always, I will share my exploits after my trip. Thanks in advance.
If it helps, I am really only looking for an "oral" exam, not a complete physical.

Monday
Stopped into Coli around 1 pm. Mostly 6s and 7s. 2 really cute tall Black girls. This review covers two visits on consecutive days. *
While in town on business, I visited on a Tuesday for a late lunch. *Got valet parking, no cover charge. Was greeted by Janelle (waitress) and Juanita (shot girl) , who both remembered me from a previous visit. I sat at a booth and ordered the BOGO special on Bud Lite Lime. *
There was a bit of a dancer shortage until about 2pm. I would say about 4 girls before, and maybe 7-8 after. The talent level was quite low, though. *I think there was one Black. 1 multiracial Black, and the rest White. I would describe most in the 6-8 range, but 2 of the White girls had no business dancing. I seriously asked a dancer if those two girls were the House Moms. *When I first arrived, there appeared to be 5-6 other customers, but before too long, there would only be me and another small group. *

Lots of good info, but as you point out, clubs can quickly drain the wallet with little satisfaction. I have moved away from the clubs in general, favoring a provider instead as I know what I will be getting for my money.

Multiple visits to BT
I have been following this forum for some time and have been a member for sometime. I will post details about a series of Visits to various clubs. I made 10 visits to 3 clubs in the last 3 weeks. I plan to stop for some time and rethink. It is probably better to have a safe sugarbaby by paying the same $1000.
