I hesitate posting this; it could get me in trouble. But, I cannot believe some people.

Remember little Nay? I came across her, quite by accident, laying dope sick in a bed. The story, as it was told to me, was that a date / monger had beaten her with a 2bye4 and left her stranded.

Holy Shit! Nay weighs approximately 99lbs, soakin wet.

The poor thing was just lying there suffering and swollen; a pity to see.

Don't get me wrong, Nay has been on my "Not To Do Again," List, for a while. And, from what I heard she is not a fav among her peers. But, I wouldn't wish what I saw on a dog.

I did for her what I could and left her with her friends and peers who really didn't seem that concern. Probably she was more dope sick than hurt. I was told that the hospital turned her away because she was an addict. I seriously doubt that part of the story.

If you are wondering why I didn't pick her up and take her to see a doctor? She never asked. If she had asked me, I would have considered it.

Many times I have been in Nays company but never dated her. She always had a very street attitude.

Also after reading reports from others and the difficulty she seemed to always bring with her, from a dating standpoint, she was a must to avoid from my perspective.

Now, as a person, when she had her goodies we always seemed to get along. She would stop and grub a smoke even though I may have seen her put a pack in her pocket or purse. But that is the street way. These girls seem to always be trying to get more and more. I think that is because it is either feast or famine with them.

CookyJar, I'm not saying she did not get beat up. I am saying that many times the story is not as dramatic as some would have one believe. For instance, She my have been abused by a pimp. It is a well known fact that Nay does have a pimp. Or with Nays wayward ways with people, maybe an angry woman tuned her up. I'm not saying that a monger couldn't have done that to her, but so could many others in the area. Nay is not the most honest person on the ave.

No matter how she ended up in that state, it is not any way to treat another human being. When it comes to any kind of abuse against women then it is the duty of the rest of the community to speak out against such actions. I firmly believe there are no valid reasons to beat a person senseless no matter man or woman. For any out there that may encounter a situation that might cause them to hit a girl, take a deep breath and walk away and treat it as an education. Just my opinion.

I’ve got to care. There is not much I can do about it, but, I do care. Am I taking advantage of drug addicted girls? I don’t know, but, I do care. I do care. Especially, when I see them suffering, I care. How can you not care when you see another human being suffering.

Thanks Hummer Bird, . I don't think the membership realizes the difficulty. Most of the credit has to go to Maylea for having the heart to stand naked and fully exposed in front of the open door (at street level in the middle of the ghetto where any passerby could have seen her) and allow the afternoon sun to light her beautiful form.

In general, I don't think the membership realizes the difficulty. I am extremely limited in what I can do with these girls. They are not professionals and neither am I. They don't arrive at the door of my studio with a cosmetic kit, stylist and a wardrobe prepared for a photo shoot. There is no staff, planning months in advance for the right beach location. Our budget and expense account is particularly limited. I am not driving around Kensington Avenue with a trunk full of lights, equipment and production assistants looking for suitable future models.

Like the best equipped professional photographers, it is more often than not, a matter of being in the right place at the right time. It is the duty of the photographer to recognize the potential for a good picture and to take advantage of the opportunity as it presents its self. Cookie these girls really do not need all that makeup and so on you do a great job with some hot girls and I like the fact this girl is a Detroit Tiger fan at least thats the tat on her back.

That magical something she is missing is a very common commodity : Sobriety.

So what you're saying is that all she has to do is get sober and she'll go from hoe to successful model, wife and mother. If only it were that easy. Forget the fact that she probably has little education, no family backing, no money and nothing but her good looks going for her.

Digging you way out of poverty is no easy task. This isn’t a suburban prom queen gone bad. This is a girl born in the hood, born poor and making her way as best she can. She probably suffers from undiagnosed ADHD or some similar learning disability.

Once she is sober, then what? Head off to college?

Wow pic number 55 is quite a departure from your standard photo perspectives, and should easily get you the Gold Medal of monger shots! You really delivered on that one. She looks "worth the trip".

Her service was perfunctory at best, I'll leave it at that.

All in all quite a disappointing experience which I doubt I'd repeat although YMMV, indeed.

If you are looking for quit satisfying service from a pretty model type, I would still recommend Maylea, with all of her faults.

Looking at this picture got me to thinking about a few things.

It is nice if the girl has a cute face and nice looks. Everybody likes a nice healthy perky tit. Long pretty legs and a round firm bottom are always welcome. But, what about that other very useful appendage – the tongue.

We all agree that performance trumps looks. Having a talented tongue has to count for something, doesn't it?

JMHO! I never preach to the girls. I have got to believe that they have heard it all. They get it from their parents, friends, neighbors, relatives, persons on the streets and the voices in their head. They know the right and wrong of what they are doing. They could tell you better than you could ever tell them – after all they are living it. Hopefully, one day it will hit them like a ton a bricks falling on their head. I am not talking about rock bottom. It is not always hitting rock bottom that turns them around. Sometimes it is just a matter of realizing and getting tired of chasing that first feeling of escape.

Your pointing out the fact that she is a crack Ho, as you drive her to a hotel hoping to fuck her brains out, in all probability did little more than reinforce her low self esteem. She wasn't real trying to rationalize her habit. More than likely she was just making conversation. Her mother died three years ago and she has been away from that particular pimp for at least a year. They all have stories that they bring out when needed. The real truth is hidden somewhere deep in their psyche and is likely not half as dramatic as the lie. What is the likelihood that you or I can solve their problems during a 20 minute car ride?

I recently fetched her from the same corner (as in the recent photo) at about 4pm. This was my first time with her. She appeared quite friendly and cheerful and then asked if we could make a detour to drop off a handbag she was carrying around the corner at Frankford & Church. She got out with the bag, asked for $20 to reimburse someone and asked that I not "run off" on her. She returned within 5 mins and off we went...

Actually. As I am sure you know – that was a good sign. A lot of leaser providers would have run off with your $20.

...On our way, in "a moment of truth", she declared to me that she needed "to smoke". Thinking that meant she needed cigarettes, I offered to buy her some for which she was grateful. Shortly after she suddenly crouches down in front of her seat, takes out a pipe and starts "smoking". I suggested that this was disrespectful and she apologizes and sits back in her seat. I mention that she has a good reputation and that it would be a pity to spoil that...

Maylea is well aware of your review. Of cause her version is very different from the one you tell. I like Maylea, I like her a lot. I have known her for awhile and have dated her a few times. I don't know you, Saltydawg, at all. But! If it came down to a choice of who to believe – I believe you Saltydawg.

I was not able to determine if she had actually read your review or whether she had gotten the information second hand, by word of mouth. The one thing that she knew of and denied adamantly was the smoking in your car. Maylea can be very ghetto, especially once she gets to know you. I told her this and I believe she wanted to get angry, but to her credit, she didn't. I hope she took it for what it was meant to be; constructive criticism. We talked a little more. Her ideas of what went wrong during your date were different, vague and included some things you never mentioned. Not my problem and certainly not my business. The one thing that I want to make perfectly clear is that she was aware and hurt by knowing she had gotten a negative review. I told her that there was just one way to correct a bad review. I told her that she needed to always provide good service, maintain a GFE attitude at all times and hope that someone will write her a good review. She nodded in agreement and then proceeded to change the tuner on my car radio without my permission. When I pointed out this lapse, she giggled and said, "But, I know you, I can relax around you."

…Now I'm not naive about these chicks and their habits but this was my first time with her and I guess I just couldn't quite control my paternalistic instincts to lecture her a bit, albeit quite gently. She went on to rationalize her habit as one might expect any addict to do, in her case citing her mother's recent death as well as the stress from dealing with her pimp (my choice of words) when she was living with Aundrea & co back on Princeton last year. The whole 15 min ride to the telly she never stopped talking about how she began to use, how it was the pimp's fault, not hers; how she now had it under control; and how it helped her deal with the sadness of losing her mother. I punctuated her steady flow of words with the repeated refrain that she was responsible for her habit, no one else, that she would ultimately be responsible for dealing with her addiction, and that no one could help her but herself.
