First, to clarify, there are two types of AMPs, Korean and Chinese. At Korean AMPs you get a TS, joke of a massage, and FS. At Chinese AMPs, there is no TS, but you can get a decent foot or full body massage, and these days if you're lucky get the HE HJ. Next point is as you guessed, convenience. You don't have to make an appointment, you can just walk in, and you know exactly where the AMP is. Add to this that for some people the concept of walking into a public place of business and getting FS or HJ is a turn on. Also the obvious point that AMPs are Asian run if you need to find a cure for yellow fever. There are not too many independent Asian providers available around here.

While on occasion I'll hit up a Chinese AMP for a massage, I've given up on Korean AMPs, IMO it's just not worth it. Most of the time the service is terrible even if you pay their full prices without negotiating. Also most of the Asian women at AMPs are just old old old. No thank you. The next step up from AMPs are the Thai and Korean run agencies with sexy cute young women. The Thai agency is slightly cheaper than Korean agencies, but the Korean women are more sensual, intimate, GFE, etc. Of course to each their own, but if you have yellow fever, I suggest calling up an agency instead of hitting up an AMP.

No argument on the Thai and K agencies. I share your opinion. In fact, pretty much co-signing everything you posted with the exception of the comment about K AMPs. There are some exceptions from time to time and it is those exceptions that keep me going back. Guess I am just a horny, old optimist.

I have been reading all the posts. Trying to understand the logic on why use AMP for FS when there are Independent providers. I have never visited AMP till now. Only visited Independent providers. I confess I cannot last an hour so I go for 1/2 hr only and sometimes the qk one. Why pay for the full hr.

Anyway. Based on some of the AMP posts, the charges seem to be around. 6 entry fee and then $.2 for FS. Which comes to around $.8. And based on some of the feedback, it seems the AMP service providers are a hit or miss. No guarantees. And there is no concept of 1/2 hr in AMP.

There are many Independent providers in the same price range. And again. They are a hit or miss like the AMPs. No guarantees.

Could any of you please shed light on why one would prefer to go to an AMP. Or is it just convenience of physical location?

Care to enlighten me on these independent providers that do FS, give a massage, perhaps even a TS, for $.8 (180)? And on what do you base the no concept of 1/2 hr in AMP? Most AMPs have house fee of. 4.6 for 30 minutes and. 6.8 for an hour. Plenty of indies offer a massage and tug for. 6. $.50, some even offer BBJNCIM, but FS? And please, let's distinguish between pouring lotion and rubbing it around versus a massage. I keep seeing reports of there being better out there for the price point, but I must be fishing at the wrong water hole.

OT. But are we ever going to agree to a standard on dollar terminology here? I know I am a geek, but even my slide rule is having trouble keeping up.

I don't go to AMPs anymore but used to go a lot when the AMP scene was hot and there were lots of truly beautiful therapists available. It's harder now to find women of that quality. But when you do, you can see a true beauty who would charge a fortune if she was Caucasian and independent. A second factor is comfort and safety. With an indy you never really know what kind of situation you are getting into. Most AMPs are clean and safe. It's like going to a chain restaurant in a strange city. Another factor is convenience. I've got a really busy life and never know in advance when I will have a window of time. Finally, I really like the idea of going to a place without having to share my name, work information, or even a phone number. There's no record that the visit ever happened.

Hello everyone. My names Latino and I'm currently new to the forums, I've been lurking around the forums for quite some time now as I've recently gotten into the hobby of visiting massage parlors myself. I'm still pretty new at this so I'll give my first report on the massage place near where I live. Q Massage in Kennesaw, I had just recently gone for the first time almost amonth ago and was attended by a brunette asian woman looking to be in her late 30s- early 40s. Massage was pretty decent and I managed to receive a pretty good HE. Unfortunately no further extras were offered at that time. That was my first experience and I quite liked it despite it just being a HE.

I stop by this place last year around the same time and wanted to give it another try. I was met at the door by Kay (slim, fit, nice natural top, long hair to mid back) and she asked the usual questions. After the formalities, she provided me with the following servics in the following order: TS, Suana, drama lesson, and full body rub with walk. I left very relaxed and stress free. She was not model material like some of the places mentioned here, but she was cute and provide good service. This is the only place I familiar with in the ATL. I may try others sometime when I have a chance, but I'm usually in town only for the day. Peace!
