I know that some of you guys are not big fans of going to strange houses, but I have been to several different $10 houses within 1 mile of the courthouse on Patapsco in the past couple of months and I felt comfortable in all of them. Where do you get away with 15% tipping, and think that is normal? Standard rule of thumb for eating establishments is now at least 18, with 20% being the norm. The standard I use is; CCL with average skills=20.
