When someone asks you a question, they are not bossing you around. The post by VS was cowardly because he was commenting on a post of someone he had put on the ignore list. So, like a sniper, he was being a coward. VS's post was also racist because he used the term urban influences about a quality provider that has been around for a long time and has had great reviews in the past. As I had seen her recently, and she did not have any reviews in the last few months, I thought I would share some useful info with the other board members. VS was implying something negative about the provider with a racist comment.

As to GFE, I think everyone is tired of this, but the main part of the definition of GFE is good attitude and that applies to any aspect on the menu.
