I was up near the North Avenue notel across the bridge from the Light Rail station just a few days ago, at night from 10:30 to about 3:00. There were 4 BSW about, walking a stroll that seems to be between the motel and the Baltimore schools HQ, they were dressed for the part, and they were not men, LOL. They looked rather uptown, too, the type that would try to start at 2 Jacksons for a CBJ (also, when you're around the notel area stick strictly to North Avenue; don't go North of North near Charles, if you take my meaning, unless for you the thought of picking up that man on WW everybody's talking about sounds like a good idea).

Also, since the lifting of second-job working-hours limits on city police officers, it seems their rates have fallen through the floor. I saw off-duties guarding not only the North Avenue notel, but the New York Fried Chicken on Charles Street and then later the same officer was guarding the other New York chicken joint near Greenmont Cemetery! He was multi-tasking!

Drifting Eastward down North later in the night, I saw at least a half-dozen different BSW alternate streets between Kirk and N. Broadway. Be careful driving in neighbourhoods directly North of these intersections; they are low-intensity now, and there are no cameras off of North in this area, but there's a lot of activities going on of the sort that draw John Q out of his favourite donut shop and back onto the street. Stay safe; North is not like Patapsco or WW at all in that it is more than busy enough you can spot a SW, pull into a space on the road (there is usually at least parking space every 200 feet) and simply wait without drawing any attention at all.

Long time reader, first time poster. I've been off the grid for a while after a few bad experiences.

Jen: But recently saw a very nice WSW heading from the light rail on W Patapsco over to Brooklyn. I didn't know if she was civi or not, but ended up seeing her again on 2nd. She actually saved my bacon the first time around since LEO was on an adjacent block near me, she pretended to ignore me first pass. Thinking with the little head again. She hopped in on the second pass and she took me just outside city limits. Slim, nice shape, reddish-brunette med-long length hair. Pretty eyes and generally nice attitude. Missing one front tooth actually (courtesy of BF) , but overall nice 6-8. 30 tuition for a nice uncovered mike session in car. She invited me to reach around and play with her and she was nicely wet which surprised me, and also nice smelling (which also kind of surprised me. Just stereotyping I guess). Got her digits, but can't ever seem to get through. She lives by Harbor Hosp but works in Brooklyn. I don't know if she's the same Jen as posted below or not, but I didn't detect any bad attitude from her and that usually sticks out like a sore thumb to me. Wish I had some pics to share. Maybe next time. Would definitely repeat.

Holly: Young, short with tight body, dirty blond, blue eyed WSW. Picked up off Conkling and she had me park in front of her apt. A few blocks away in a construction area. She said it was closed off due to construction and that 'out in the open' was safer than somewhere else. I didn't have extra cash to go inside her place since she said it's an extra 10 to use the house. She was sorta in a hurry and coming up and looking around a lot while rubbing me which kinda killed the mood a bit, but she got her work done. Just wasn't that much better release than a quality jerking off to Xtube. Why bother.

Is 30 the new 'standard' tuition? Seems like *everyone* is asking for that (or more). I just need to be prepared since I usually stick my wallet in the trunk. I also don't want to piss everyone off from the get go if that's really the going rate.

The best thing to is to drive about a block or with the girl. I ask the girl if I can I grab or touch her. The reason is that decoys will not get in a car. We have had this conversation before. IF you think you are safe once a girl gets in your car and you ask each other if you are cops and then if it would be okay to touch her and that ensures she is not LE, you are wrong. That is only good for foreplay since it's highly unlikely a female decoy cop would get into your car to begin with. It's my understanding that LE doesn't have to identify themselves when asked like that. Way too risky to get in a car for them. They would try to talk to you thru the car window to entrap you. Or try to convince you to meet her around the corner where the other cops will make the arrest once you start negotiation p4p. It's fun to do the check as a form of foreplay and to check out the goods before you commit other than that it's worthless. BBB

I personally never ask a girl about a cop check, once she is in the car, I am sure she is not LE. If they want to go to the trouble to wear a wire (not likely) they are probably looking for bigger fish to fry than me. Never has a girl lifted or opened her blouse to me for a check, I am sure that would get them into trouble if the guy was a LEO.
