Sure that may have pissed off the provider, but I doubt he "got what he deserved". Threatening to kill a woman is one thing, but not returning an email? I went a different route and became a regular at an agency. When I went to an ind prov that wanted a referral I gave her the contact at the agency. If I ever try to set an appt with a Provider that isn't comfortable with my referrals I will walk away. Not a problem. I'm sure all those guys on that site thought their personal info was safe too. Now google their name and see what pops up. For me. I have too much to lose.

I think you'll find that most of the better providers will want to verify you. Keep in mind that I did do my research by checking several reviews at another site and making sure the reviews were from reputable sources. I did not fly blind and I don't give my personal information to just anyone. I gave personal information once before, last year in Vegas with a provider Hayden Lynn and that also was a memorable experience. Getting verified was a huge payoff. There is also some comfort that a provider is cautious and won't just see anyone. What's to say if the "unknown" provider with no reviews that doesn't require any verification isn't a sting? I think that there are risks associated with this hobby no matter what. One mans opinion

No offense to CIM or anyone else. But there is NO WAY I'm ever giving my real name, address, phone number (monger phone number only) , or any personal information to any provider. I'll provide references to another provider or two that can vouch for me. The reason for verification is to verify that you are a "good date". Ie. Clean, polite, respectful, and not LE. She does not have to know my real name or address. That is why the couple of times I've had a gal do outcall I rent a hotel. They are not coming to my house.
