Yeah bet herp looks like crusty blisters and occurs in localized areas. Syph can make a rash but they are ulcerous blotches, not raised bumps. A widely spread rash like this IS an infection of hair follicles. But it could be for lots of reasons. Almost none of them STDs. The fact it is outside of the pubic area and mostly NOT right on the vag seriously suggest she changed the panties on a regular basis but wore the same filthy jeans long enough to grow some ordinary skin infection. Unlikely shaving otherwise it would be also CLOSER to the cooch. Was this during the summer? Most likely a "heat rash".

And yes, it totally FUCKS with me that I know all this, but,"know your enemy", right?

Looks like it could be scabies, no doubt a cleanliness issue, but also transmittable, like crabs. Girl and john should go to clinic.

I dunno. All the writeups on scabies says they cluster towards the warm, wet areas. You would expect that (and the pics I saw show) to have far more (and heavier) lesions as you got closer to the vag. Instead of fewer to none. Ditto the same for crabs. Not a single infection we've been talking about (if this were it) would be in any way prevented by a condom. If you regularly see SW, you ALWAYS go for the tests on a regular basis. BB or not.

I said it before and I'll say it again, if you are IN this hobby, be aware of the risk factors and resign yourself to eventually catching something. ACCEPT that herp is very likely in your future, and PROTECT YOURSELF against HIV, but the rest can be transmitted simply from skin-to-skin and not necessarily just to your dick. Most likely it's a "non-std" skin infection coming from the little girl wearing the same pair of skanky jeans for three weeks w / o washing them. Shaving might have aggravated or introduced it. One thing is. Is in a place where no condom is going to keep you from contact unless you wrap your whole sorry horny ass in saran wrap.

Reminds me about Bangkok Clap joke from years ago. Soldier goes to sickbay with a johnson that has turned black, and the corpsman tells him he has Bangkok clap, and it has no cure.
