About 10 years ago, this place was known for drugs and prostitutes due to all the section 8 housing. I had a friend live there when her husband left her and her young daughter. She lived there for about 4 years and finally moved away to southern maryland. Daytime wasn't that bad, but at night not even the residents would venture out. IF it's the same place.
