I learned the hard way, for your own safety and protection, you are best advised to keep all windows and doors locked while mongering, especially when cruising down the very narrow, one way Millington, usually there are cars parked on the narrow street an on the other side is a sidewalk and wall where the girls like to stroll and get picked up. Was driving down there a while back and a doper slipped off the stone wall where she was sitting and nearly fell into my car. Luckily no one got hurt. Was she across the street from 7-11? I drove by there last night around 11:45 and saw girl I've never seen before that matches your description. I agree that the Boys in blue need to get on with the real crime and let a working girl work. They would rather mess with them (and us) then stop the rape or robbery around the corner. I was down at the circle about 8:30p and of course, Tuesday nite is jump-out nite for Baltimore's finest. Bunker Buster & Propilot, you two got me! I was making the whole thing up by copying stuff straight from penthouse forum and photoshop some of the pictures that I got from Barely Legal.
