Stopped in Baltimore on my way back from New Jersey on Tuesday night. Boy has it changed! Used to be easy pickens around Patterson Park, but I could not find anyone but preppy dog walkers.

Kept at it and finally came across two girls near the hospital. Had to drive by three times before I could get a glance from them as they almost looked like they were actually waiting for a ride.
