Years ago the clubs would have an amateur night. I don't know why they stopped.

The problem is with the voting system. It is voted by the applause the girl got. At first management screened the girls before they were allowed to join the amateur contests. But the girls complain that the contests were faked and management preselected the winner. Most contest before paid first place 300, second place 150 and third place 50. There were talks about all type of discriminations: racial, physical, etc etc. So management gave up preselection. Then a lot of ugly girls (I believed from the housing projects) showed up with their friends in force to make sure they won. The end results were that there were more and more ugly girls showing up in the contests. The nice ones stayed away because it was a waste of time. Please note most people go to strip clubs to watch nice looking girls. Before the clubs stopped the contests, I avoided going to the clubs with the contests. I was not going to spend my time in a strip clubs looking at ugly girls with big butts and even worst than the $10 hoes in metro. To survive, the clubs had to stop the amateur contests. This is too bad because a lot of strip clubs used to have very busy nights when they have the contests and the top quality girls that won the contests always got job offers from the clubs.

Some of the better clubs have better girls because they are more selective in hiring the girls (Cheetah, Pink Pong, Mardi Gras) whereas some other clubs try to hire girls with different ethnicity and different body styles to accommodate different clientele (Oasis, Follies etc). If I have my way, they should hire the best looking girls, irregardless what ethnicity they belong.

Thinking about treating myself to an early Christmas gift. Anyone have the heads up on the best day time spots with the big booty strippers at babes, pleasers, blaze, etc? I know they change up and I haven't been to any in a few months

Right now the best day shift is Blaze. It does change from time to time but right now daytime blaze is as thick as night time.

I have never seen in Atlanta high end strip clubs allowing a female patron to dance nude or topless. A strip club has allowed one of my gf to dance with clothes on for one song on a table with a stripper. It is very rare and I don't want to ask again. They don't even allow the girls that go in with me and who works as a stripper in the club and has a license to dance to dance in the club. It may be legal but they don't endorse it. They have to be really careful. If the girl dances there w / o a license, the club may lose their license. For the girls who have a license and who come in as a patron to dance, the working dancers may complain about your girls drawing attention from them and they don't make money. Strip club is a very easy place to start a drame. I went to Shooter's alley with 2 girls and I was told to leave because one of the girl that works there don't like one of the girls with me. I had wasted cover money for the 3 of us. Therefore I have not been there for over 7 years. They should have told that dancer to put up or leave.

But if you are a big spender and spend lots in VIP rooms, you may get treated differently. I never go to VIP's and I don't know for sure.

I am sure you can do it in a swinger's club.

I think you would have to goto a private swingers club for that unless she has a license. It is my understanding dancers have to be licensed in the county they work to dance. I'm sure there have been exceptions. Of course I'm sureyou wouldn't have too much problem getting a bunch of guys from here to cheer her on and stuff her garter!

Any of those 3 spots will leave you happy. My preference is Blaze because of better talent and $3 beers.

Damn I'm getting old! I remember when Scarlett's was off 60 just past the curve going to Clearwater. That one "had a fire" about when they were going to widen the road and I suppose they moved to Ybor.

Scarlett's is also known as Ybor Strip. The dances are in fairly private individual booths with curtains. Extras can be had, but compared to an escort, not a good value (rushed and impersonal usually)

Went in on a Thursday afternoon. No cover. Beer was $5 a bottle. Only a few girls dancing (5-8) and about 10 customers. Most of the guys were by the back bar just playing with their phones. Very casual atmosphere and the girls weren't too pushy. Most initiated a conversation and went at least 15 minutes before asking if I wanted a dance. First dancer (forgot her name) Face 6 body 7 (nice natural see cups) gave me the usual sob story about how she needed money for her car which was in the shop getting repaired. Which is an automatic turn off for me because my perception of her made her out to be a complete vulture. I got one dance from her since she put in a lot of time and effort to leech my cash. Got to say lap dances in this club is very high mileage. She was grinding hard and there was a lot of stick shifting. Not bad for $10. Next comes Andrea. Face 6 body 8. She was obviously fed up with no one tipping the stage dancers and no one asking for dances. She sat next to me at the bar and just started talking about how slow it was. She just said she had bills to pay (no bullshit story about a sick grandmother, busted car, etc) and it was going to be tough with the current crowd. So I get a couple dances from her. Again, very hard grinding and a lot more stick shifting. At this point I knew she was the one to go to the VIP with. I tipped the bouncer $20 (always do at any club I go to to make sure I get some privacy) and Andrea did not disappoint. Pretty much anything goes and I left very happy. VIP was $150 and I gave her an extra $50 which she greatly appreciated.

Follies has to be one of the best clubs to have fun in. The only downfall this club has is, it's fun, so it's popular, so it's packed from evening until closing. A couple of the girls told me about management having a meeting and they were to tone down the displays on the floor. Some did, some didn't and some tried to be more discrete about it. The place was packed, with both patrons and dancers; well over 50 girls working. With that many, there was one for every man's taste. I tried a couple large breasted Hispanics, then a couple blondes; unfortunately I never made it to the one black female with large breasts and saucer sized aerolas. By the time I was getting out from under the last blonde, I heard the DJ announce the VIP room was closing. Full nude lap dances are $10 and available if you're in a chair, bar stool or standing along the wall. I managed to get a bar stool most of the night but lost it every time I was lured into the VIP room for a $142 visit. Plenty of two-way contact in the VIP, it got better with a few tips. They have mandatory valet parking, but there is a large mall lot across the street, it works just fine. There is a traffic light and cross walk to get you safely across the street. The evening cover charge was $10. Drinks are reasonable, and at various times during the night they give the dancers a drink ticket. You buy it off the girl for $20. This gets you two dances, then you trade the ticket in for a free drink. This place is great, the girls are great, but it does get packed. It's better if you arrive late afternoon to claim a spot, then prepare to have fun.
