They most certainly ate organized. They've been operating for what a decade at one location without being busted. I think that speaks to some well connected organization because there is no way neighbors etc don't know what's going on there.

Bruises do not mean a girl does drugs all the time. Some girls bruise from running into things just to clear this up.
