Up until last night I pretty much agreed with most everybody's reports about Brittany. She and I seemed to get along just fine and had a great time together previously. Even her prices seemed to be more moderate recently.

Last night Brittany totally fucked up. On the premise that she wanted to get out of the neighborhood for a while, she told me she wanted to stay the night. In order for this to happen she would have to get her medicine to stay well. To help sell her plan, she packed a 'bag' of a couple of outfits and left it in my car while she, and probably her BF went shopping. By the way the bag contained one old flannel sheet and a pair of old pajamas. Nothing of real value to her. I broke my cardinal rule not to pay up front except in rare circumstances. As you may have guessed she did not come back. I had total trust in her based on previous experiences, but she appears to be going downhill fast.

After a couple of hours of not answering her phone, her BF replies with a text that she was picked up while shopping. As of tonight there were no new charges against her and the FTA Warrant was still open. Oh, you didn't know she had an open warrant. Her BF also has one. As of today, because she again did not appear for another scheduled court case, she got another FTA warrant issued. This one has a $15, 000, 100% bond attached. Ouch! I wouldn't want to be in her company if she got pulled up. I wouldn't want her living in my house either.

Her drug use is up to a pretty high level and I think she is having trouble keeping her BF and herself high. The boil / abscess on her right forearm looks nasty. She appears to be heading the direction that we all predicted, but hoped would not happen. I believe most of her problems are a result of her BF who is her kid's daddy and she won't leave him. By the way she is only 19. Born 9-15-1992. She just turned 19 in September. Also her name is not Brittany. That is just her street name. She is one of the few SW's who do not use their real names. Her real initials are JLM.

Be careful with her, she is reaching an unpredictable point in her life. It is hard to tell what she is going to do next. If you want to see her better hurry because the warrant squad will probably be knocking on her door on Baltimore St. In the near future. When they do, it will probably save her life.

I didn't mind the bandage on her arm. Other than that she looks great, and behaved like any normal, upbeat person. She was wonderful company when I met her. It makes me sad to hear she ripped off Green Shadow. That's a clear sign that she is losing control. I didn't know about the FTA and warrants.

Great insight. Her downward spiral was predicted by DOCBH. She is not street savvy; SW skills not well polished. Her timing sucks. Victim of worthless BF. Her criminal charges could have been very manageable, but judges get ticked off at FTAs. Needle tracks all all over her arms. Recent boil on forearm was deal breaker for an intended date. I picked up Jody this morning at Wilkens and Pulaski. From a distance she looked a little like Liz. When she got in the car I saw she was pretty good looking but with obvious evidence of drug use on her arms. The first thing she said was "do you want to do something?" and then asks "do you have any money?" I know no cop is going to get in the car, but the questions sounded like a cop.
