Most of them are farmers, believe it or not. They put that money they earn right into the farming business (mostly purchase of livestock).

I've considered setting up a Mike-style operation. I have contacts in Bangkok who are connected to the bargirl scene, so it's largely a matter of managing the selection process (making sure to get slim, young girls willing to do BBBJCIM would pretty much guarantee popularity of the girls stateside) , getting willing mamasan stateside with decent English fluency to interface between the girls and the clients (like the Brazilian outfits used to do).
