How about cutting this guy some slack? He was not at all trying to mislead anyone. He provided more than enough information about his experience to help us make an informed decision.

He may not have been intentionally trying to mislead others, but when he says she was GFE and PSE it was misleading. When he went into more detail it became clear it was just a case of OS not knowing what GFE and PSE are.
