There were two young rotund girls walking south on Hanover and this dude in a small silver Nissan or Toyota motioned to pick one or both of them up. While they were standing right in front of me I heard them tell the guy they were 14 and not prositutes after they walked past me I heard them have to repeat it. This is certainly not the first time I witnessed a similar event.
