Long time lurker, first time reporter.

Alright so this chick setup shop for a few days in the NE and has been asked to leave establishments because she was shaking down those that came to see her. She changed the price when service ended and would threaten that when leaving the establishment something would happen by the time they got to their car if they did not pay more money.
