Harford Road. Is hit or miss. Mostly miss. Run is County Line at Parkville Shopping Ctr. To Dunkin Donuts in Hamilton. BE AWARE this is a main drag in an area that is not over-run with open air drug dealing, and obvious street walkers. There are a few girls that work the area, but a monger eye will be able to pick them out. They will give you the "look" at times, or will simply approach you if you give off the right vibe.

LE activity is active in this area, probably due to neighborhood pressure, (strong neighborhood associations, (middle class families). Weeknights is worse. Weekends are better.

Don't really get out much anymore but decided to see what was out. First stop the block was going to see if could maybe catch some takeout, well that forgot that after 1 a. M. The block things off.
