I'd say you should look towards the northern park of the K (just south of Erie / Torresdale). But girls are spread out as far south as Allegheny or more. You'll see girls hoping in cars and turning down the side streets constantly. It's hard to shop around and go back to the one you liked earlier. They are more likely to turn east off Kensington than west (from what I've seen). That's a decent way to get them, but don't cruise the K too many times or you'll get too much attention. Don't turn on red when it says no turns on red or do K turns or whatever.

They also now have a half decent bar you can have a beer at (R's) but that's towards that south. Walking around can work, but it's a good distance to cover and you could end up chasing down a girl 2 blocks away only to see someone else grab her.

All these girls have connections with local houses. That might be better than driving a girl to your hotel and back again. It's $10. They are usually dumps but I'm sure you realize that from the pictures people put up here.
