I'd say you should look towards the northern park of the K (just south of Erie / Torresdale). But girls are spread out as far south as Allegheny or more. You'll see girls hoping in cars and turning down the side streets constantly. It's hard to shop around and go back to the one you liked earlier. They are more likely to turn east off Kensington than west (from what I've seen). That's a decent way to get them, but don't cruise the K too many times or you'll get too much attention.
