It's obvious from my posts I'm not a freshman and I believe I've earned enough credits for my undergrad. However, you my friend Cookyjar are lecturing graduate level course work. Slow down professor I'm trying to take notes! Have you ever considered starting a Monger School? It's also obvious you have earned your PHD. Thanks for the Intel. Might be a bit of an illusion. When the weather changes so does the clothing. Girls become more visible in the spring once they discard their heavy weather outer garments. In the fall they become more obvious standing on corners in the cool weather, while the civilian rushes-by. In the cold of winter it becomes harder to distinguish bundled-up civilians from bundled-up SW.

Does seem to be variations between, extreme weather like snow storms, heavy rains and hurricanes when the girl cannot come out and sunny days when the going is easy.
