That is definitely all of our worst nightmare. If uncle hasn't got anything better to do than bust a guy helping a poor girl out then Lowell must be shaping up. Hope things work out okay. Sometime over the course of the summer I was arrested for sexual conduct for pay (money)

Seen a HSW looked a little chubby but doable & looked cute with big DSL.

At the time I was thinking of picking her up when she asked if I had any spare change.

I dove into the change holder & she opened the car door & reached in to get what I had.

Just then LE comes by & stops, one pulls her aside & the other starts grilling me with 20 questions.

I never incriminated myself when being questioned & was told to step out of the car & placed in cuffs.

Was asked if I was ever arrested, told them no & asked why am I going to be & was told that is up to the sector supervisor.

I'm thinking to myself this ain't gonnea end happy.

I heard the cops talking & one said yeah the tow truck has been called & then one asked is she fat & another answered no she's 9 months pregnant!

Great another pregnant girl, they always get me in shit just like the last one, wasn't my first nor will it be my last run in with pregnant women!

Problem is I'm hooked on pregos, something about them & their tits that's flips that erotic switch in my head.

By the time the sector supervisor shows up there are 4 cruisers there.

The supervisor pulls me aside & says I'll give you one chance to tell the truth & admit that you were soliciting her for sex.

Now I know from reading this site & even on the Lowell board, that many have come clean & were let go.

I made the assessment based on my situation that no matter what I said I was not going to be let go as that was never offered or stated by LE.

I chose not to incriminate myself & kept quiet, not sure if I made the right decision but went with my guts & felt no matter what I did or said I was going to be arrested.

Ended up pleading not guilty so had to hire a lawyer who filed for a motion to dismiss & was heard before a judge who dismissed the case base on lack of incriminating evidence.

As LE didn't have an incriminating statement from me or the HSW, and only a belief which is not proof, the commonwealth could not argue the case to the satisfaction of the judge.

Having the case dismissed is the good part & I'm thinking of opting to have the record sealed.

The bad part is that it cost me a lot of bucks to hire an attorney, pay for the towing to get my car back, the cab ride & the bail.

Also I am now known to LE to the point that they followed me or I should say escorted me one time right out of Lowell, & another time they wrote down my plate number while I was parked, & when I picked up & dropped off Karma they were right there to the point where I feel like they have a GPS signal on me or something.

On a side note I seen several SWers when I was in court twice, who knew we were looking in the wrong places, need a SW just wait outside the court house they'll be along directly!

On another site note I've met some new girls on CLCE which has helped keep me off the streets, it's a little more expensive but not as much as hiring lawyer!

Went out a couple of times in Lowell & trying to get more comfortable with the Lawrence track so I trolled there 2-3 times this weekend.

Not much in Lowell, saw Vanessa & one or two others but thats it.

Saw two in Lawrence, one was a bigger girl that I passed on & the other was a slim & trim girl not bad, she was by the liquor store by Walgreens.

Trolled the track on both sides of the river & other than the above two mentioned above I didn't see anything else.

Still looking to brreak my Lawrence SW cherry.

Don't know if anyone else heard this, but I just heard today that Lowell is trying to have all the bars close at least an hour earlier. They are trying to control what they think are issues with people coming into Lowell from other towns when their bars close. I think that will make Lowell even harder to monger in.

Watch Lowells community channel every once in a while, they were talking about that a few months ago.
