I would not rent a room at Ernesto Motel due to a "No Prostitution" sign they have they're.

There is a motel near Brickell when you get off 95 (eastbound) that had a sign like that in 2002. I used to pass it every morning on the way to work. I pulled over one day and had a passerby take a pic of me smiling next to it.

If anyone has a pic like that of a sign (without you in it, of course) I'd love to post it to Sit-on-my-Facebook. I can't find my photo.

I am not thinking the Ernesto or any motel will ever-ever-ever call the cops. This is like a sign in the bar that says "we check IDs." It's just for show, and perhaps an attempt to reduce their liability.

Your mileage may vary, so if anyone has had cops called by the motelery, please post. That is one of the values of this board, to learn from the expereinces of others...

Hobbyist, generally speaking there is no difference in rates between doing the deed in the car versus in a Motel room.

I agree with Mundo. Same prices for drive-thru or eat in.

The motel only offers comfort, less police, and a bathroom to piss in afterwards.

I don't ever say I am from out of town. You can always say you live in (other side of town). If you say you date a lot, she may even be on her best behavior thinking you might be a regular. Not all of them think logically, so its still a crap shoot.

I greatly prefer MPs or Movie Date to SWs now a days.

That has been my biggest hesitation about mongering in areas I do not know, I do not want to be taken for a fool, or a silly tourist that's never done this before. I know each area has it's do and do nots in terms of places to drive to and places to park.

I know this is something I can ask the girls, but are the rates for the services the same if they are in the car vs the motels? That is, if she's looking for 30 for a BBBJ does it matter if it's done in the mobile hotel or the no-tell motel. I know some girls up north charge more in the room just because it takes more time to drive there and back. You know, they have to account for it on their time-sheets.

Another big difference I've been noticing is that the girls here are out during the day!

I think those signs are there for them to cover themselves from LEO and to keep the girls from working out of their place. I don't think that you taking a girl there counts.

I was driving down NW 2nd ave and about 22nd street when I see a blonde named Kelly sitting at the bus stop on the west side of 2nd. I pick her up on a side street and off we go for a BBBJ. I rarely use motels, but am comfy asking the girl to recommend one, or I just pick one that looks seedy enough for hourly rates. Odds are if there are SWs nearby, it will not be luxurious. The Ernesto has a few of my DNA samples. So do the places near 79th / Biscayne.

If the car is yours (ie full of all your papers, sunglasses, CDs, phone chargers, briefcase, etc) make her stand outside your locked car when you go in to rent the room. If you are in a rented car, there's probably not much for her to steal, so its not a big deal, but of course, take the keys with you. Do not give in if she asks you to leave the AC on, or something like that. Unless you know her well, don't leave her alone in your car. Try to be polite and diplomatic when you tell her this, because you don't want to ruin the honeymoon just before it starts. (I once had a girl leave me while I went in and paid for the room. I came out with the key and she was gone, so not only did I not get laid, but I paid for the room already!)
