No way they will get a 1st degree conviction in this case. I would say voluntary / involuntary manslaughter at best. A good defense attorney will eat this case up. Self defense seems like the natural defense in this case. The down side for her is the criminal past, but none of that should factor in the facts of this case (blocked in the driveway, keys taken away intentionally, ejected from the home 2 times, physical bruises, etc.

The witnesses don't matter, because they probably didn't like her, so you can say they were biased towards her, plus she has the physical bruises to show probable cause in self defense. A tough case to get a murder 1 conviction. Look for a plea bargain.

I usually do not frequent the streets much anymore, but I decided on a flash back from the old days. So I am cruising through the B / CB area, and there is not much out there except for a few SW not worth my time. Then I am heading up Patapso and spot this petite hispanic looking female with another black female. I haven't seen anyone post about tall hot Liz. Thin, mousy browN hairn, same height as Mia and quite attractive. She looks write clean and cute.
