Heard through some people that Liz that has been reported on here a few times suppossed to have dropped the dime on some neigborhood dealers and they are looking for her. I usually do not frequent the streets much anymore, but I decided on a flash back from the old days. No way they will get a 1st degree conviction in this case. I would say voluntary / involuntary manslaughter at best. A good defense attorney will eat this case up. Self defense seems like the natural defense in this case. The down side for her is the criminal past, but none of that should factor in the facts of this case (blocked in the driveway, keys taken away intentionally, ejected from the home 2 times, physical bruises, etc.

The witnesses don't matter, because they probably didn't like her, so you can say they were biased towards her, plus she has the physical bruises to show probable cause in self defense. A tough case to get a murder 1 conviction. Look for a plea bargain.
